They were rude and in a rush to get me out of there. The dentist didnt even comsult with me about having my tooth pulled, another lady came in to tell me thats what they decided to do. So i left.

ok wanted more info for after dental work. rough edge on tooth. when do I need crown? followup?

Cleaning and exam great as usual. Sandy, Dr Phil and the Staff make you feel right at home. No pressures of any kind.

I had an appointment to have a crown inserted. Because my regular dentist was on vacation, the backup doctor attempted to service me and was not successful in inserting my crown. I had to drive to another office to see another doctor to be serviced. It turned out that the crown was ill-fit, after waiting 1 1/2 months on its arrival. Though all staff were pleasant and professional, this was an inconvenience as I taken off work to have this done.

Very nice staff, doctor was very friendly, he took his time to answer all our questions even though I knew he had patients waiting for him, which I appreciate, thank you.

I didn't get a cleaning; it's a waste of time for a new patient with healthly teeth. I had to make another appointment for another day. Don't understand why a cleaning isn't included at your first visit.

In the pass, at every bi-annual visit I had a cleaning.

Not happy!

I was happy with the way the office treated me with every interaction. They all seem genuine. Currently Im still in a lot of pain because I wasnt given pain meds upon a tooth extraction. I did call and they had the script ready for me this morning. That aside it was a good experience and this is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist.

The Dr and her assistant were very professional and caring. They insured I was comfortable at all times before, during and after my procedure

Had extreme tooth pain Friday night and Saturday. Web site says emergency appointments always available. This is not true. Ashley explained that means they can squeeze people in between other appointments, but their office has to be open. No one, she said, comes in on a Saturday, even if the patient is in extreme pain. Appointment made for Monday and plans to suffer through with pain pills and ice until then. Monday came. X-Rays taken of affected area. Dentist came in, put cold gel on a few teeth before declaring I needed a root canal and a crown. I had figured that part out. Dentist said to continue pain pills until the root canal specialist was available in two weeks. And with that, he walked out of the room. What? Nothing done to alleviate the pain. He didn't care how miserable I was and had been for days. Nor did he care about how difficult it was to get out of work to see him. This was my first (and last) visit to Monarch. Literally 35+ employees standing around talking. Not all were dentists, obviously, but the one who froze my teeth claimed to be one. If anything, he made the pain worse. Not one of these people were willing to do anything to reduce my suffering. I expected a little caring and compassion. Nope. Still in pain, Looking for new dentist.

I always feel like a valued and important patron at this Monarch. The staff is very knowledgeable about my previous dental care, needs and preferences. I know that I am in good hands when I visit this Monarch.
