Everything went just fine. The lamp (shogun) was really well protected and I had no problem to put together the 2 parts of the lamp. Now it's in my room and I enjoyed it every evening!!

Received a sideboard, well packaged, however the doors inside were damaged - wood damaged and hinges broken. Waited around 10 days for support reply, however they replied and said that as I didn't document the packaging (although no damage on package) so they cannot help me here. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Last time ordering from there

There was a delayed with my order, but after I spoke to Giulia, she assisted me in double checking in the system, and also promptly get back to me with a fantastic outcome.

I ordered a chandelier that arrived with parts missing and very unclear installation instructions. Silviana provided exemplary customer service, contacting the supplier numerous times for clarification; responding to me promptly; and always showing concern for my satisfaction.
My only advice: before you place an order from any company, be sure to confirm whether or not your light fixture is dimmable as sold or requires after-market adaptation.

Oreste was extremely helpful! Quick replies and utmost attention to follow up my problem till I got the replacement from supplier.
I have to say the supplier too has been very cooperative and immediately acknowledged the damage and authorized the replacement free of charges.
I was satisfied from the first second I got the product; now I can say I am fully satisfied because Mohd is a guarantee of first quality service also when you need assistance!!!

I ordered a carpet in the middle of december 2025 for nearly 2.000,-- euros which never arrived ... although I completed all necessary forms for the reimbursement I haven't got my money back until TODAY ! the client service is not responding since more than 14 days :-( this is highly unprofessional and I would advise anyone against ordering anything from this company.

Ich hatte einen Beistelltisch bestellt, der leider beschädigt ankam. Es dauerte zwei Wochen, bis ich auf meine Reklamation mit den entsprechenden Fotos etwas gehört habe. Nach einer schlechten Bewertung wurde mein Fall sofort zu meiner vollen Befriedigung behandelt. Da kein weiterer Tisch innert den nächsten Wochen gelifert werden konnte, wurde mir das Geld zurückgegeben, inkl. der bezahlten Zollrechnung.

I can say I enjoyed the process of buying three luxury armchairs. From the beginning to delivery to my home everything worked perfectly, I liked the website information concerning my order. Payment with credit card was very easy and comfortable. Delivery safe and reliable. The chairs fully meet our expectations.
At last but not least I am happy to mention an excellent cooperation with Ms. Martina, she had all the time very kind and helpful approach.

J'ai commandé et payé d'avance une lampe fin janvier 2026. Bien qu'indiquée en stock sur le site, toujours rien fin mars et aucune date précise. Raison invoquée: en attente de la date de livraison du fabricant. Ce qui n'est pas exact car en passant par un revendeur officiel de la marque, la marchandise arrive. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages et après avoir demandé un remboursement j'ai enfin reçu une réponse et dès lors, le suivi a été efficace et correct. Reçu la lampe en bon état. Evidemment la clientèle n'achèterait pas peut-être pas en connaissant les retards dans les livraisons...

I had a very good experience with Mohd Italy. I ordered several special lighting pieces and everything was shipped from Italy to Thailand. One of the lights arrived damaged, but their team handled the issue very professionally and arranged a replacement immediately. The new item was shipped within one to two weeks, which I found very efficient considering it was an international order.

A special thank you to Angelo from the Service Department, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process.

I would definitely order lighting from Mohd again and can highly recommend them for both their beautiful collection and their excellent after-sales service.

Very good customer service and follow-up, even if the delivery took a far too long time.

I had a delivery of 2 cement coffee tables yesterday. UPS did not follow the explicit instructions on handling the crates and one of the tables is damaged and unusable. I called MOHD to report the problem and they promptly reported the problem to UPS and are sending a replacement table by FedEx today!

Commande livrée dans les délais indiqués lors de l’achat. Pour une demande supplémentaire de ma part le service après vente a été très efficace et s’est mis en quatre pour me satisfaire.

I had a great experience with them. Even though there was a problem with one shipment, not due to their fault, but the manufacturer, i was guided with patience by Marilena, and all issues were resolved with no expense on my behalf, just patience on both sides. Thank you for your professionalism!

The selection of quality products at Mohd are great. The prices are reasonable too. The lead time to receive the products in Geneva was longer than I expected but the customer services team are incredible and kept me informed well. There was some damage done in transit to a very heavy bookcase, I was worried that a resolution would take a long time but in fact, Silviana closed the case within a day. They returned me cash to get the repair done locally. I am very happy with the products and the service from Mohd.

Ordered Item 15.2.26 Till 15.3.26 is still not in Warehouse due to delay got a Message so the delivery should be between 7-17.4.26 lets see if the make it possible.

Its a good price comparing to others but if they can not deliver in 2 Months i can not recomend this
