With this being our first time selling a property we were not familiar with the process but the team at Mockford & Hunt made everything as stress free as possible with regular updates. We decided to choose Mockford & Hunt when selling our property as Tim was more optimistic with the valuation of our property than other companies; a decision that was rewarded with a sale price considerably higher than other valuations. Wow. Fresh approach to selling and buying. Kept upto date through the entire process and gave us more information than the other estate agent we were buying through (struggled to get to even speak to them) we found looking for a house to buy some agents we abrupt and difficult but Tim, Frances and Charlotte such an amazing team go above and beyond making this our eighth move to most stress free and actually enjoyable yet.
