My husband had need of a mobility scooter as he suffers from ankle problems. We found Mobility Direct and Martin were wonderful to deal with. The visit to the showroom proved excellent for our needs. Martin was very helpful and provided all the information we required. Very happy with the scooter. Mobility Direct and Martin come highly recommended.

If you are blessed with a bad back and are planning to go on Holiday to Dublin as I just did. I can very easily recommend this very professional & solid company.

As I had tried contacting several other companies to rent a reclining chair to no avail.(I needed one for sleeping at my hotel)

But then I got hold of Mr.Martin Murray. Who turned out to be extremely helpful and very useful fellow. In that he quickly and very efficiently got things rolling. He also gave me some excellent advice about coming to Dublin Ireland.

Bottom line - I most highly recommend this outfit as they are very good unit to deal with in my humble opinion! I wish them only the best!

Mi daughter broke her ankle just before travelling a few days abroad to London. Since we had already booked flights and accomodation, had paperwork to get done and leisure activities planned, I looked for any options that I hoped would allow us to enjoy the trip despite her not being able to walk. We looked at wheel chairs but the prospect of roaming about London dragging a wheelchair up and down seemed a bad idea, never mind pushing it about.
Following great advice from Steven over at Mobility Direct, we decided to go for the knee rover, a kind of all terrain knee walker. It was brilliant! She was completely mobile and the thing was relatively light and easy to get into and out of escalators. She was flying along footpaths with ease so we could stroll and walk around in buildings, etc without any trouble. Aerlingus made no issue at all about having it handed over at the boarding gate and getting it back right there upon arrival.
The service was overall excellent. The rover was delivered next day after it was ordered and the guy that delivered it was very nice. We held it for four weeks and we used it to keep up with our long weekend walks. I would recommend both the company and the product with no hesitation.

We had great service from Mobility Direct. A bed was available at short notice and delivered and set up promptly. The bed was clean and in good working order. Any queries we had were dealt with efficiently and the pick up service worked smoothly. Thanks Martin for a great service during a very stressful time.

A fantastic service from Mobility Direct - we couldn’t have enjoyed our short break without the rental service provided - the rollator and wheelchair were delivered for a small fee to our accommodation, meaning we could immediately go and enjoy the sights of Dublin. Highly recommended and would definitely use this company again.

Excellent communication with queries efficiently dealt with. Felt confident making the booking. Scooter delivered on time although delivery man didn't know how to dismantle it to go in the car. Luckily I have a similar one at home so we could work it out & soon became experts. The scooter served me well for my stay Dublin being quite disabled friendly and was collected promptly.

We were very apprehensive traveling from Michigan to Ireland with a few disabilities to keep me from walking everywhere on my own! Excellent product and service....took care of delivery and pickup in two different locations for our month-long vacation. Would recommend to anyone requiring mobility aids during their vacation in Ireland.

The all terrain knee rover we rented from Martin's company was an absolute God send! My husband broke his foot the week before we were due to go to Spain to visit our son. In order to make the most of his trip and not end up sore and exhausted using crutches we rented the knee rover.
Unlike some of the other companies I contacted who said it could not be taken abroad Martin said it was no problem that it was insured for everything bar theft so we kept a good eye on it when out and about. It was tagged at check in by Ryanair- we had informed them a few days before that we were bringing it and there is no charge to take it and then he was able to use it to get down to the gate which as you know with Ryanair is some distance!! He took it all the way to the steps of the plane and then it was taken and was waiting on the tarmac when we got off-same on the way back-thanks Ryanair great service.
It was invaluable when we went all around Granada which would not have been possible on crutches-it would be too tiring.We had to tell Kevin to slow down at times as we couldn't keep up with him! We managed to fit it in the boot of the car with all of the luggage as it partially folds.
The service from Martin is A1 he dropped it to our house and collected it-is available by phone and email-so would recommend 100%.

I highly recommend Mobility Direct. I am an American tourist and required a knee walker while on holiday in Dublin. After a few emails with which they provided quick replies, I had rented a quality knee walker for a very reasonable price. They also delivered and picked up the walker from my hotel making it quite easy on me! Thank you for providing this service!
