Tom Graves was very pleasant and hardworking throughout the installation of my mother’s walk in shower. My mum felt safe here with the work going on round her. Area was left clean at the end of the job.

The bathroom fitter Adam that came to do the job was excellent, turned up on time and worked very hard to complete the job to my satisfaction.

A whole bathroom refit was completed for my elderly father who was having difficulty bathing. The service has been outstanding. A seamless service from the enquiry phone call, through to design, surveying to fitting. The fitter was fast, efficient and highly skilled and very neat and tidy. Please don’t think twice, use this company if you want a fantastic job and peace of mind for your loved ones, as safe bathing is their business.

Festim & Nick were friendly, efficient and hard working. Festim gave excellent advice and instruction in using our new Bathroom Suite, and always cleaned the workplace at the end of their working day. All works were completed within the schedule and we are both delighted with the finished works

From the first contact to Bathroom being completed was less than three weeks, everyone was so helpful cannot fault the service . We now have a lovely bathroom that my husband can use safely.

Bathroom full refurbishment
Everything was planned and all the materials arrived right on time. The fitters, Mark and Ethan were excellent and very efficient. They kept us informed on progress and what they were doing.
The finished bathroom looks fabulous.

We are a couple in our 70’s my husband has Parkinson’s dementia and mobility is an issue . We decided on a wet room and went with Mobility Plus having looked at other companies not the most expensive not the cheapest. You hear horror stories of poor trades people however we needn’t have worried from Richard the sales person through to Derek our marvellous fitter nothing was too much trouble . The old bathroom was taken out and all rubbish taken away promptly we are left with a beautiful new wet room which is making life a lot easier would highly recommend not just the professional people we have met but the quality of their product

I have just had a walk-in shower installed, with wall boarding and floor covering to the complete bathroom. The work was completed in five days by Barry, with great care and attention to detail. It looks, feels and works first class. Many thanks to Lee, Laurence, Samir and of course Barry for their hard work and kindness.

The complete experience from beginning to end could not be faulted. The job was carried out by experienced fitters in a professional manner that made the transformation perfect. They were clean, tidy and polite when carrying out the job and a pleasure to have in the home. Definitely to be recommended.

I am really pleased with the wet room installed by Mobility plus. There were a few teething issues in the first few months and the original chap who did all the fitting and who I thought was brilliant, tried to sort them out: however, other problems were not really dealt with quickly enough as far as I was concerned and I did have some problems contacting anyone in the company. However, when they became aware of my dissfactifaction, they apologised and things were sorted out. At present, everything is running smoothly.

Steve the installer was great, he worked non stop and the quality of his workmanship is excellent. He is a credit to your company.

From salesperson to installation person I cannot recommend enough

Mum had a new bathroom fitted, consisting of a higher toilet, flooring, wall panels, shower with pull down seat, grab rail & a new sink. Festim & Nick were friendly, very hard working & tidied up at the end of each day, showing us what they had done & answering any questions we had.
They finished earlier than expected (after 3 days!), but unfortunately the electrician didn't arrive on the last day, so Paul (Project Manager) rearranged for Krzysztof to come 2 days later. He was also friendly, very hardworking & explained everything he'd done.
We did have a leak, which was fixed & sorted out very quickly.
Paul came afterwards to check we were happy with everything.
Freddie in the office was also very helpful & called numerous times during the install.

Top marks to the fitter ! He'd was punctual, neat & tidy worker kept us well informed & was very professional.

Old fashioned service. The work was carried out efficiently, quietly and with the minimum disruption. A great team of installers.
