Truthfully I was terrified using mobile reborn but got my phone on the Tuesday after ordering on the Saturday, customer service was brilliant and they were really reliable I definitely recommend

If I could give minus I would they sent me a faulty phone and didn’t want to give me my money back I had to constantly contact them over a 2 week period to get my refund.

It is the most useless mobile phone…
It is the most useless mobile phone company with no regard and respect for customers. No one should do any form of transaction with this mobile phone company. Their services are poor and rubbish. I am going through hell getting my refund processed after making series of calls to them specifically speaking to Tom one of the agents and claim to be a manager. I have called and spoken to Tom not less than 10 times and each time, Tom has a different lies to tell me. Last Friday l called and after putting me on hold for almost an hour Tom told me that he was sending me an email confirming that he has put in my refund process and I don't know when that email will arrive. I will continue with the battle for my refund and if l don't get it I will have to consider legal actions against them
Please don't ever do any business with mobile reborn because they are not genuine. All their items are fake and customer service is non existence and very poor. They take your money and thats it .

We can also see from the phone records that you were not placed on hold for more than 5 minutes whilst our customer service team liaised with our management team, and you were called back as promised.
Our accounts department have issued a refund as requested and you were contacted by our customer service team to confirm via email and telephone.
Please note, that we will not tolerate any abusive language or name calling towards our staff members.

Steer clear… please avoid
These crooks are acting as another company named ‘Frift’
They have had my phone now over a week, after been promised updates to then promised payment would be made, albeit lower than they originally offered, I have still recieved absolutely nothing from them.
Their timescales are a joke and so are the customer service. You have to ring them to get anything out of them. Like getting blood from a stone.
My last 5 emails have been ignored.
Do not deal with these crooks, not worth the hassle and much better to go elsewhere. Please please avoid, there are much better options out there.

The lower valuation was due to visible signs of wear and tear on the device, including multiple scratches on the screen and chassis. When you chose to decline the offer, we promptly returned the device via our courier Next Day Delivery service as requested.
The testing report confirms that your device was in full working condition and was cosmetically graded as ‘C,’ with details about this grading available on our website.
Following your concerns about liquid ingress, a damaged camera, and other faults, we conducted a thorough investigation involving senior management. This included tracking the device’s movements via CCTV, consulting the tester who prepared the report linked above, and liaising with our courier about the delivery conditions.
After completing our review, we found no evidence of mishandling or misuse of your device while in our care. Our aim when purchasing devices from consumers is to resell them, and damaging a device in our possession would only result in additional costs for repairs or reduced resale value.
We have provided a thorough investigation and addressed your concerns in full. As such, we do not see any grounds for further engagement on this matter or for offering the requested compensation.

Easy transaction
