Do not buy from these cowboys there is a video circulating on tiktok where they sold a woman a stolen phone in there surray shop. When she went back with proof it was stolen they lied and basically kept smirking at her and she's still not had a refund

Just got a new mobile and needed a plug. Popped into store, gentleman serving was very helpful and showed me that the charger fitted my phone.

Excellent service, will be putting my car in their capable hands from now on.

Purchased Triple L earbuds from their bluewater stall as a birthday present, upon opening found they wouldn’t charge, returned them to bluewater stall and they refused to exchange or refund as exceeded 14 days since purchase when I said this wasn’t acceptable they threatened to call security to remove me, worst service ever experienced.

Bought iPhone 13 for my wife as Christmas present,lasted a few weeks before going wrong,they refused refund and offered me another phone which started to flicker and also go wrong when he turned it on.
After more arguing and half an hour later I got my refund.
There phones look in lovely condition but I wish they would work as well.
Will definitely not buy from them again.

Bought an iPhone from them today at their Guildford shop and they were so helpful and patient with me. I am a retired retail buyer and must say their advice and knowledge paved the way to me being a very satisfied customer

I bought a screen protector from Mobile Bitz who fit the protector at an angle which meant the edges of the phone’s screen could not be seen. I had to remove the protector and reinstall it myself, which was not ideal. The protector itself was a waste of money and time.

AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY
Do not use this company for phone repairs. They use poor quality, non-original, parts while charging for original parts. The are not a competent repair company who will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Avoid this company at all costs, took a phone in for a cracked screen replacement, the phone was fully functional when we handed it over. when we returned to collect it the phone was fully dismantled on a desk and they admitted they had broken it when doing the screen and it would cost hundreds to fix. told them not to bother and they put the phone back together but decided to steal to sim card cradle, sim card and phone case. a clearer conman could not be found. have reported them to the police, trading standards my network provider and have instructed a solicitor so will see them in court very soon. seems crime to even give them one star.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff member at Festival Place Basingstoke. He replaced a cracked screen on my i-Phone 11 Pro Max within 20mins AND fitted a screen protector, all for £90. Apple store quoted £350 and couldn’t do it on the spot! OK, Mobilebitz can’t fit a genuine Apple screen but they offer a 6-month warranty against any faults and outstanding service. Apple aren’t really interested in repairs, only upselling. Mobilebitz offer an excellent alternative.

I recently had a protective sheet installed on my mobile phone at Mobile Bitz in Ealing Broadway, for which I paid £20. The installation was done on the 5th of July, but by mid-August, the sheet had already started peeling, which is unacceptable for a product of this price. When I returned today to request a replacement, I was informed, quite dismissively, that they only offer a 14-day guarantee. To add insult to injury, the staff member rudely insinuated that I had peeled it off myself. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect better service and product quality for the price I paid.
