Went to the Banbury kiosk today
Went to the Banbury kiosk today to have the screen changed on my very new iphone 15 after the phone had been driven over by a car last week. The screen was completely smashed as was the back. I thought the phone would be unfixable. The kind gentleman managed to replace the front screen as I can not currently afford to have the back replaced as well.. I will happily return when funds allow to have the back replaced also. The gentleman put on a screen protector which I think I much needed and as I was leaving offered me a free phone cover as I did not have one to protect the back of the phone which is still in a bad condition. It was so kind and thoughtful I was genuinely touched by this. Would highly recommend the Banbury kiosk. Above and beyond good service

I can’t recommend Mobilebitz Hereford…
I can’t recommend Mobilebitz Hereford highly enough. After visiting eight different repair shops, all of whom insisted my Motorola Razr 50 Ultra needed a full screen replacement, Mobilebitz were the only ones who said, “Yes, no problem — we can replace the screen protector.”
I’ll be honest — I was apprehensive and didn’t quite believe it could be done. But for just £20, they proved every other shop wrong. The result is absolutely stunning — the phone looks brand new again.
The technician who carried out the repair was genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Outstanding service from start to finish.
If you need any mobile repairs in Hereford, go straight to Mobilebitz. They saved me a fortune and delivered quality you just don’t see everywhere. Highly recommended!

I stumbled upon Mobilebitz by accident…
I stumbled upon Mobilebitz by accident while in Watford, on my way to the Apple Store to replace a broken iPhone 13. Trying my luck, I popped in to see what they would charge for a screen and battery replacement.
I spoke with KK, who immediately struck me as both friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so accustomed to awful service these days that I didn't expect much, but I had a great impression straight away.
He acknowledged me despite being busy with two other customers and pointed me in the right direction for some accessories I was interested in.
He then gave me a surprisingly reasonable quote for the two jobs I needed done and asked for an hour to complete them. He was running the shop AND doing all the repair jobs too!
I came back about 30 minutes later because I had finished with Apple sooner than I thought, only to find that he'd completed both jobs and my phone was ready for collection.
This guy was superb. This is how you do business, especially in retail.
KK (forgive the spelling if incorrect) was exceptional and not only sorted out my issues but did so with class, quality, and professionalism.
I will be back and thoroughly recommend both him and Mobilebitz to other phone users in need!
