As advertised, he unlocked my Samsung for me. I bought my phone in NewYork took it to the UK. Tracfone were asking for $150 unless I got a year contract with them.
I tried all the local phone shops and they all turned me away. I eventually found the mn mobile guy and he unlocked it.
Very happy with the service.

Mnmobile guy unlocked my phone for me. For the last 7 months I had been running another phone hotspot to this one, because I haven't finished paying this one off yet from T-mobile. I still plan to finish paying t-mobile for the phone and settle out the bill, as they are charging me for it regardless. I left T-mobile because they became very expensive for what I needed as I became a student and in the middle of career change. MN Mobile Guy did what I thought was impossible which was get me my phone working again. I was told it would take 7 days and it took 2 more days for it to process. I discovered it processed before they even received word that it had processed. On the 6th day I asked where I was at in line and he did not know and couldn't tell me.
Whatever the case they got my phone unlocked for me and I am super pleased. Customer service was on point and I received honest communications.
Not going to lie I did get a little concerned about negative reviews that I read about on this site, but you can tell who really is the dishonest ones vs the honest.
I have a world phone that can work on all bands and understood the service being provided. If you make a mistake of trying to run an incompatible carrier on your phone that is not MN Mobile Guy Fault.
This might sound like a paid review but its not, I spent a pretty penny for these guys to work their magic. Now I can pay t-mobile later on and not be out a phone. Because lets be real they probably sold my stuff to a debt collector and their would have been no easy way without spending 15+hrs on the phone plus paying to get use of my phone again.
I'm a Man of my word who always follows through on my promises and I believe what these guys are doing is a noble service.
These guys saved me a hell of alot of time.

MN Mobile Guy was an outstanding service that saved me! Very professional. Nathan helped me with SIM/carrier unlocking my Galaxy S10+. Took a little bit longer than expected, but he followed through with the service and it works great. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need this done!!!

Will not work like says it does.
This guy claimed he could unlock my phone after giving all information he request. I paid, he ran his process. Did not work. He then ask for the IMEI number of the phone and says yes this cannot be done, sorry. He then refused to give me a refund. So I am out my money and no unlocked phone. Had he checked my IMEI number to begin with, I would have know the unlock could not be unlock but then he would not get to keep my money. Thumbs down.

Austin, this is patently false, and since it's written and published, it constitutes libel. You already know that we did perform the work and the phone IS unlocked. But as we've already explained to you, just because a phone is unlocked doesn't mean that it can be used with ANY carrier in the world - the carrier and the phone must be compatible with each other. If your desired carrier isn't compatible with the phone, there's nothing that we can do about that. If you test the phone with a carrier that IS compatible, you'll see that it works perfectly fine. And it's laughable (and another lie) to claim that we kept your money - because we didn't. Even though it's not our fault that the phone doesn't work with your carrier, we still refunded the $15 labor charge as a goodwill gesture, which means that we profit nothing for all of the time and work and effort. We're extremely proud of the reputation that we've built over the years, including our impressive 4.8 overall rating of all of the sites where we have reviews. Defamation doesn't sit well with us, or with our lawyers.

As you see there is many complaints about this fraudulent company. This Nathan guy is liar and a thief. He does bogus work by selling services but doesn't deliver than charges you for it. I'd avoid this company at all cost. Watch he'll come on here and write lies about this post. The guy is a thief no doubt about. When a customer pays for a service than a over two months later you don't have what you pay for. THAT IS A THIEF.
By the way NATHAN my name is not Daniel. Sorry you have way more than Daniel pissed at you.
Also scroll down on these reviews and you will see that the company works with thieves that steal your phones. There is a review by a thief praising this company.

These guys unlock all my stolen phones, google lock is a thing of the past. Thanks to these guys I can buy and sell your stolen phone with no worries of blacklists or google accounts. Awesome service, truly amazing!!

Whoever you are, you haven't stated what your actual complaint is. You claim that we're a scam and that it's a lie, without explaining why, or how you have been scammed, exactly. So this really leads us to believe that you have not actually purchased any services from us.
And secondly, are you seriously claiming that we wrote over 1000 of our own fake reviews and posted them....? You do realize that you can click on the profile of the person who wrote the review and see all of their history and activity and information, yes...? And that those details go back years in most cases...? So what you're accusing us of is, starting years ago, we created thousands of fake online profiles, with full names and pictures and personal information, and then used all of those thousands of profiles over the past several years, creating a history timeline for each one, just so that we could then write ourselves a fake review for each profile....? You do realize how laughably absurd that sounds, yes....? I promise you, not a single one of our reviews are "fake".

Awesome service, does everything well and quick and even offers discounts to returning customers! I've had multiple carrier locked phones unlocked thanks to MN Mobile Guy and will continue to use them in the future! Highly recommended!

Anybody on here that says that MN…
Anybody on here that says that MN Minnesota guys are not decent great people to deal with are totally 100% full of crap.
They have prepared a total of 4 phones for me over the last few years and they have been a total pleasure to deal with every single time.
After reading some of the negative reviews I just had to say something because they are so totally inaccurate and untrue.
I would recommend these guys and have recommended them too many friends over the last few years and every one of them have been happy with their service not one single complaint.

100% Works for UK too!!
I am from UK and had a Iphone 7 blocked on ee by seller via gumtree. So instead of flogging it off I found these guys from USA stating that they can unblock it so with the payment being via Paypal I took the chance as it was protected and I paid on 17/07/2018 and by 01/08/2018 so if you got patience it will UNBLOCK. The only thing id say is there should be a better way of tracking how long but the communication was always there!

Locked network Samsung Galaxy j3 prime
In 2017 i had a Samsung j3 prime from metro pcs that was still locked to network. I tried the metro unlock mobile app and it read not eligible for unlock at this time .I contacted mn mobile guy and made my payment and the following day I received an email saying my phone has been unlocked , these guys are the real deal , very happy with their service . I'm a happy camper.

Beware UK buyers
Beware UK buyers. Responds quickly before payment then falls silent afterwards. 2 to 3 weeks later I had to file a dispute with paypal; I am lucky I paid with them so I was well protected. Was rude in messages following the opening of the paypal case.

Matt, this is an extremely unfair - and also inaccurate - review. You make it sound as if there was zero communication from us for weeks on end, when that's not even close to the truth. One of your emails seemed to have been accidentally marked as read by our email system, so we didn't notice it for a few days. Once we did notice it, we were in constant communication with you - just like we had been before the payment. Your dispute was filed within *days*, not "2 to 3 weeks". As far as being "rude", I'm sorry that you feel the need to apply that term towards our discourse about coming to a mutually benefitting resolution. At no point in time were we ever condescending, nor did we ever use insults or profane language. We reached a conclusion, you received your refund, and there's no reason to slander our business. Looking at the rest of our reviews, do you really think that buyers need to "beware"....?
Over the moon!! Blacklist removed within a few days
So I buy a iPhone 2nd hand (yes I checked the IMEI number online beforehand it was fine) 6 months down the line I have no service I call EE and they tell me the phone has been blacklisted because the previous owner hadn’t paid any bills! Apparently it’s very common l! There was nothing that they could/would do unless the previous owner or me settled what was outstanding over £1000!!! I wasn’t paying for someone else’s bill when I had bought the phone in good faith not did I have that kind of money! So I googled away and the general consensus was I was stuck with a phone I could only use on WiFi so essentially a iPod. Of course there were many YouTube videos of people claiming to be able to do it but they were all a load of rubbish then I came across MN Mobile Guy now I was dubious at first but after reading reviews online on various sites and on Facebook I felt like there was some light at the end of the tunnel. I then thought crap they’re in America and I’m in the uk so I emailed them my questions and after the prompt replies I was confident they could arrange to have the black list removed but I was still a little sceptical as they are some con artists out there and IF this was the case there wouldn’t be much I could do from another country! I did continue to have a bit more of a nosey to see if there was a similar service in the uk the only one I found said that they did do it but the service to do it was down and could take a few weeks before even trying to remove my blacklist they also had some poor reviews so I turned back to MN Mobile Guy they assured me that their contact was someone who worked for EE in the uk, My payment could either be by credit/debit card or Paypal and that the work was guaranteed. So I bit the bullet and paid which was a very reasonable price 4 days later (it was the weekend) they emailed to say it had been removed and sent a copy of the new checkmend report showing this, I turned my phone off and back on and my service was resumed!!! I’m one happy lady MN Mobile Guy have saved me hundreds of pounds not having to buy a new phone I cannot thank them enough so for anyone who has any doubts and for anyone who is concerned be as they don’t live in America don’t all you need is the IMEI number and they will fix it!
