I thought the actual ordering was unusual. I bought 5 identical balls which were all listed individually during the ordering process and on the invoice. 5 x item would have seemed more logical.

International customers beware…
Canadian customer hoping to try a Mitre footy ball. I noticed some reviews stating international orders never being received but was hoping they were just a fluke. Placed my order, received confirmation order was placed and given an estimated delivery time from Mitre but never heard from a postal service. After 10 business days reached out and they claimed the postal service had tried to reach me multiple times without success so the package was returned. I was given the option to have them send another or be refunded. Still hopeful, I asked them to send another unit and gave all my shipping information again. I received a second confirmation email that the order was placed with an eta. It’s now been 2 weeks since the second order, I’ve reached out on a previously answered email chain and started a new case and haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointed with customer service and now unsure how I’m supposed to receive a refund if they won’t even answer emails and they have no listed phone numbers on the site.

This was my 2nd order for a personalised football. It went all the way to a Australia for my granddaughters birthday. Super fast delivery, free if you order a few more things. Football looks fantastic and will do for years to come. Her brother already has one

I ordered a personalised football and it was dispatch late due to an issue at the warehouse and when it finally arrived it was not even personalised! I obviously immediately sent it back.
This was a birthday present so very dissapointed it was late and then not as ordered
