Mistermarble Anmeldelser

The team at this company are brilliant. They are switched on, efficient and provide excellent value for money. I need a quick turnaround from templating to fitting for refurbishments, kitchens & bathrooms and this company offer exactly what I need - great products, excellent communication, skilled templating and some of the nicest, most flexible and adaptable fitters I have come across. Nothing is a problem and on my last project they helped me out no end. The staff in the office whom I've dealt with - Kerry, Jade & Jenny (sorry if I've forgotten anyone) are most knowledgeable, experienced, kind and helpful. They know their products and most certainly understand the meaning of customer service.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

After spending a lot of wasted time looking around and getting quotes I visited Mr. Marble because I was in the area.I have to say Kerry in the office was really understanding about what I wanted and went out of her way to help me,explaining about how they as a company did things. 1st they come out and made templates 2nd the estimater made drawings and showed them to me to make sure it was what I wanted. 3rd I payed only £60 for the service so far. 4th 2 fitters arrived at my home with big pieces of Quartz Granite on the truck,This had me a little worried. Next they set up a workshop on my drive and after a quick cup of coffee they set to work The 2 fitters were experts at what they did, they fitted all the worktops, splash backs, underslung sink. Then to my surprise they not only clean up all the mess in my kitchen but also washed down my drive so that you would not know they had even been there. What a brilliant service from start to finish...The 2 fitters Johnny and his mate were just perfect, perfect, perfect soooo good at there job. I have no problem recommending this company to anybody. The BOSS has invited several friends around just so that they can see our new kitchen and to tell them all who fitted the worktops. The price we were quoted and payed was far less than anybody less quoted within 25 miles from our home. The BOSS just loves her new kitchen I will RECOMMEND MR.MARBLE to anybody that want marble or granite worktops. Mr.DUNN.

Thanks for excellent service from start to completion. Thanks a lot.
Would say and show the work completed was was excellent and very quick.
Recommend you to any person needing a kitchen.

We shopped around for prices and mister marble were definitely at the more affordable end of the scale. But what pleased us most was that they didn't require any deposit other than a £60 survey/measuring charge.
We chose Absolute Black granite. Communication was excellent. The team were friendly and they arrived on time, fitted the work tops quickly, leaving no mess and the workmanship was spot-on. I am happy to recommend the company and would use them again.

Thank you mr marble for delivering on everything you promised. Good job order no 21375

I went with Mister Marble because of a recommendation by a friend of mine who had been delighted with the work top he had installed. I contacted Mister Marble along with several other companies for quotes and was pleasantly surprised by the cost of having a quartz top. the installation was quick, efficient and they even made a follow up trip to iron out a slight issue i raised with no fuss. I found Kerry particularly helpful throughout the process.

Mr marble were great to deal with , fast to arrive on site , measure and fitted to high standard within 3 days .
Great job and I will deal with again on my next project .
Many thanks

We are very pleased with the standard of work from the Bury branch. They inspired confidence and professionalism at every step. We were sceptical at first as the prices for granite worktops are so reasonable.
Would definitely recommend to others.

good value and service. I have used mister marble many times now and always very happy. I have bought Granite and more recently Quartz - well worth the money. Any issues (usually my fault!) always resolved.

Mistermarble provided a brilliant service from initial enquiry all the way through to final installation. Jenny was great to deal with on the phone, arranged for samples and price. The survey took place and two days later the product was installed. We live near Oxford and the service was great. Highly Recommended

Quick and efficient service. Good product for a reasonable price. The granite selection is a little restricted but the granite supplied was of a good standard.

Excellent service from start to finish, very reansonably priced and very quick service, I was so impressed I recommended them to a friend of mine who is now having her quartz fitted next week for her new kitchen.

I was very impressed by the service and products offered by Mr Marble. It was very straight forward to get an estimate and the actual order process went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the finished product. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and price. Came out and measured on Tuesday and fitted on Thursday. Will definitely be using them again. Many thanks.

We had quartz installed for a reasonably complex l-shaped island kitchen with wall surfaces uplifts and window cill. The sales team were very helpful the quote was very competitive and their turnaround times were much better than other companies. The did a great job on the install. Aftrr installation we noticed one section of the surface had a small imperfection so they replaced that section within a couple of days without and quibbling.

After getting 3 quotes locally we contacted MisterMarble and they came in considerably less cost wise even though they were in Manchester and we were in the North East.
Once we'd completed the very handy online estimator Kerry called to confirm some details and they got the quote to us straight away. They were very patient as we had hold ups on the extension and kept in touch enough to check all was well but didn't pester us. Once ready they turned everything around very quickly and promised to arrive at 8am the day of the fitting and be done within 3 hours or so which they did.
Kerry was very efficient, very friendly and provided brilliant customer service throughout - she's a credit to the company and I'd have no problem recommending their services.

After shopping around and getting multiple quotes for our absolute black worktops we decided to go with Mistermarble... and I'm very pleased that we did. As well as being very competitive on price, the customer service and quality of the worktops really is superb!

If you're looking to get worktops installed, there's no need to look elsewhere in my opinion!

Big thanks to Kerry in the office and John & Brett who installed for us!

From the start with my initial communication with Mistermarble everything went incredibly speedily and smoothly - amazing!! Kerry is 'on it' and is a great asset at Mistermarble - always trying to please and sort things out quickly. Because of her they got my business - the granite is gorgeous and the two fitters were pleasant, friendly and worked hard and had everything fitted by midday, having arrived at 8 am. I had absolutely no problems with this company - I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Thank you to Kerry & Jenny, & Barry & Damien.

As feedback is a good thing, here goes.

Mistermarble was a pleasure to deal with throughout from the office staff [Kerry] to the fitters.
Mistermarble have been unbelievably quick and communications spot on. Site visit with a couple of days, fitted within 4 days.
The fitters were awesome. Both very courteous, introduced themselves, did what they said they would do.
The Fitters did an exceptional job, very pleased with it and left the area and site clean and tidy.

I would have no problems in recommending you to anyone and would use you again.

Kerry was so helpful throughout the whole process and very reassuring of the choices of marble we made for our kitchen worktop. The timings for measuring up and installing were very convenient around my work, and the workmen on the day, super friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company.
The only small critique was that our up stands were cut slightly shorter in height than requested, so finishing slightly lower than the windowsill by a few ml so its proving difficult to tile around. We did change the request on the day to level up to the sill, but this could have been measured slightly incorrect. Plus the tap holes were not straight by about 8/10 ml out. The taps we have bought cover this, with now only about a 3 mil difference so quite unnoticeable.
The marble looks brilliant however and from the service we received, I would still shop here knowing this company goes that extra mile to support your requests.
