We first heard about Mistermarble from neighbours who had had quartz worktops installed by them. They were very satisfied and recommeneded Mistermarble to us.Dealing with Megan from the start, she was very helpful and we received our estimate very promptly. The price was competitive so we decided to place the order. The installation was carried out by their team very efficiently and they clearly knew their trade. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mistermarble to anyone requiring quartz or granite worktops.

Can't fault the experience from visiting the showroom, and taking away high-quality samples to working up the quote and the fitting of the final product. Amazingly quick turnaround time too! Excellent quality worktops and a fantastic customer service team. Special mention to Megan who was superb throughout. Would recommend Mistermarble and definitely use them again.

Tori at the Aylesbury Branch was extremely efficient and helpful. Quote returned with an hour of us sending over kitchen plan and samples followed only a couple of days later when I explained what we wanted. Followed up by email a week later asking if we needed any other help/advice. Would definitely recommend.

Impossible to praise the service we received from Mr Marble too highly. Nothing to much trouble for Megan in the office, several estimates, daft questions we asked, delays on our side, nothing fazed her. Finally we asked them to go ahead, templates tuesday and fitted the complete job 2 days later on the thursday. And it was a big job. Wayne and his young helper were fantastic nothing to much trouble and a fantastic job. Even our builders were impressed. All this at a price we couldn't get close to anywhere else. Thank you very much to all concerned. A refreshing change to deal with a business that does exactly what it says it will. Would not hesitate to reccomend or use again. John and Lauren Horwich

We got our worktop from the Telford branch.The team there were excellent from start to finish. Stacey was one of the reasons we decided to go with MisterMarble along with the good price. We met at the Telford depot to discuss what we were after, Stacey’s advice and knowledge was a big plus to us, with no hard sell. She replied to every email we sent without delay and talked us through our options when things changed in our kitchen design.
The fitters arrived on time and discussed everything with us before they started and went through everything to make sure we were happy before they left.
We would highly recommend MisterMarble and if we ever need this type of product again we will be heading straight back to them.

I am extremely delighted with my new Carrera Quartz worktop. The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Megan was professional , friendly and a delight to deal with. The whole experience from Mister Marble was fantastic. The customer service from Tori and Gemma at the Aylesbury showroom was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure that we got the right product, gave advice and guidance and communication was always so fast! Wayne then came and fitted our worktops and his attention to detail really shows in the quality of our kitchen. We are beyond pleased with the finished result - thank you to the Mister Marble team!

Megan and the team offer a first class service from initial quote through to installation! Quotes are done quickly and the fitters always turn up on the booked day and do a top job!!

Unfortunately our experience with Mister marble wasn’t as great as we had hoped. The original quote was nothing like the actual cost after survey ( nearly £1000 more) and as you have the survey done after the kitchen is fitted we felt we had no choice but to go ahead anyway. Even worse, a week later, just before the fitting date, they called us to say they didn’t have our chosen worktop in stock so either go for a different one or have no kitchen for another month which meant NO kitchen for CHRISTMAS! No real apology or goodwill gesture, just a take it or leave it statement. Needless to say we went and found another (London based) supplier which managed to survey and fit the kitchen worktop only 2 days after our agreed mister marble fitting date. Not only that, but it was cheaper than Mister marble’s original quote (and so over £1000 cheaper than their revised quote after survey!).

Thank you Mr Marble for my beautiful granite worktops I am over the moon. The price was amazing and Damian and Barry were great. Also Megan and the office staff. I would definitely recommend and I am really fussy. Thank you once again

We’ve just had the marvellous Wayne from Mr Marble installing our white glitter worktop . He was friendly and professional. I’m really pleased with the installation ,it took no time at all ,I couldn’t be happier with the product and the service .

So very delighted with my new quartz worktops. All the staff at Mistermarble are absolutely wonderful, very polite and helpful. Every issue with our kitchen worktops has been sorted out without any hassle and with expediency. A special shout out to Megan and fitters Cris and Nic who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and gave me every reassurance that it would stay that way. Would highly recommend to everyone.
