They got too expensive for me a long time ago. Now that I have a wholesale tax number I just don't bother with retailers like MSQC anymore. I buy from wholesalers. Then, the changes to the website making it a pain to shop. I hate sites that over categorize every department into smaller categories and then over categorize the items in that category. There simply is no need to sub-categorize by item. It makes shopping too complicated. Love Jenny Doan, but MSQC isn't the shopping experience it once was.

Have done business with Missouri Star for years. Not sure why they're listed as an embroidery company, they do primarily fabric and quilting supplies. Have never had a real problem - the rare misunderstanding or question has always been resolved quickly. (only prompt for this review was wanting to leave some positive comments for a change)

I purchased a quilt pattern online and downloaded it only to find that the main part of the design is not pieced. There are 20-30 leaves “scattered” which is exactly what they tell you to do in the pattern Lolol. No need for a pattern then! The rest was just stripes that in the description they tell you the size. So there’s no useful info at all in the pattern. So anyhow I asked for a refund which they denied me twice because it’s an immediate download. That’s their policy was their answer. No acknowledgment of my actual complaint. They said to leave a review which I attempted to do on their website (it invites you to do this next to the order confirmation) but it doesn’t work, it just offers to sell me the pattern again. Thumbs down on all accounts! I should say that they were prompt in their responses to me.
