Mirrors and Glass UK Anmeldelser

Exceptional service, great on time delivery and very well packaged. High quality, faultless piece of glass cut to precisely the correct size.

Faultless customer service. There was a small problem with my original order. It was swiftly resolved without hesitation. I just wish that all companies were as good. Thank you, Paul.

Excellent service. Needed sliding wardrobe mirror panel replacing as all cracked. They took panel and replaced with made to measure mirror, and returned, fitted the panel back into the wardrobe within a week. Looks brand new.

The whole process was simple and stress free, when the glass arrived it was accurate in size and fit the track perfectly. Couldn’t be happier.

Great experience. Responsive and easy to deal with costumer services. Great product. The team created a shower door for me. Really pleased. Everything I need to install including nice touches like spacers to prop the door to correct height while fitting. Brilliant business!

Great company- easy to order, great quality and value … and quick delivery too.
Good quality product, great communication and a very helpful delivery guy- thank you!

Exactly what I wanted, delivered by the company who called to agree delivery time and the guy who delivered was friendly and made sure the mirrors were safe.

Fast speedy service 5 star. Communicated with me within 2 days, confirmed the order and then the courier called for directions and to confirm a delivery date. Custom sized mirror for a bathroom, fitted perfectly and very decent quality.

Can not fault the whole service and I would absolutly recommend and use again

Lovely people to deal with. Repaired my mirror that was a wedding present 55years ago. Thankyou

Had to replace the glass top on a patio table which had smashed. Replacement from original company was 2cm too small (not my measurements). Was apprehensive about reordering with them so found Mirrors and Glass online and went with them using my own measurements this time. Easy to order and good contact with helpful delivery driver. Top fitted like a glove (phew) and looks really nice. Well recommended.

Customer service is fantastic from start to finish. So pleased with my mirror and will be purchasing again from the company.
Amazing quality, great delivery service and kept me update to date on the order.

Just received my glass tops for my dressers and must say they are absolutely amazing, the quality, colour and most importantly the service! They delivered to my door for free and also informed me the day before to notify me.
I will definitely be ordering more from this company just wished I had ordered it a lot sooner!!

Really pleased. Ordered a bespoke glass table top then called to request delivery within 10days if possible. Was advised that it usually takes longer but they would mark as urgent for me. It was delivered 8 days later so I am thrilled. Can’t thank them enough. Great quality, fantastic price and excellent customer service. Very rare to find this nowadays so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a great experience with them. Their service was excellent, and the installation was done very quickly and professionally. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!

An excellent company to deal with. It was very easy to order exactly what I required (an oval mirror) via their website. I was kept very well informed as to manufacture and delivery times. When the mirror was delivered, the quality of the protective packaging was superb, and as a result, the mirror arrived perfectly made to my instructions and in perfect condition. I rang their customer service, unnecessarily as it happened, and found their service super friendly and efficient. Top marks all round!

Amazing service from start to finish and great product. I rang to get advice before ordering and was given really helpful information about measuring accurately. I was kept up to date throughout the order processing. Mirrors were delivered within the time window specified. All 20 mirrors arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. It was a. It of a gamble ordering something so delicate online, especially as we were physically far from the supplier, however the whole process was painless. Oh, and the price was the most competitive that we found.

We used mirrors and glass for our new made to measure shower enclosure and thought the service was brilliant. We dealt with Paul who was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to any enquiries we had. The whole process was easy! To which was much appreciated! Would recommend and definitely use again for our future projects!

I recently ordered 2 mirrors to fit odd size doors on an old bathroom cabinet. Firstly M&G's website was very easy to use to input measurements etc and the whole ordering process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. I then received regular communication on the progress of my order right up to delivery.

The mirrors arrived in good time, precision cut and drilled to specification and of very high quality. Reasonably priced too.

Delighted with the service and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service. Couldn't be happier. Pleasure to work with the company and the people.

Occasionally someone will come along and blow you away with their customer service. Paul at Mirrors and Glass recently did that. Bent over backwards to help me and accommodate me when I mucked up. The mirrors were delivered ahead of schedule by an incredibly helpful driver Mark. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Customer for life.
