Great seller to deal with! They offer free Mac laptops and also trade in old Macs, which is really helpful and convenient. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and everything was handled professionally. A good option if you’re looking to recycle, upgrade, or get affordable tech. Highly recommended!

Minko’s Macs pleasing computer repair experience
I had a problem with my computer. A friend suggested I used Minko’s Macs as he had used them to repair his computer. Well, they took my computer in straight away diagnosed in two days, phoned to let me know that a part needed exchanging and they could have it ready for the next day if I was ready to proceed with the repair.
I was. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a totally pleasing experience.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy coms, I actually met with Minko himself and he gave me a diagnostic on my MacBook Pro . It was sorted the next day pretty much and they recommended some extra upgrades for prevention and improvement and I opted for them to be done and that was done pretty much another day on. Perfect for me as I needed my Mac sorted asap ! 5 stars !

Absoloute crap
Absoloute crap, bought a mac for music production with a upgrade to 500g harddrive. Half the programs dont work! Computer cant even handle logic pro x with 4 channels open. Harddrive says that there is only 60g free. People in the shop didnt give a toss once they has my money. Dont waste your time or money with these rip off merchants

We understand your frustration regarding the software issues you are experiencing with your Mac. As a computer reseller and repair service, we focus on ensuring the hardware is in good working order. However, we do not own or provide support for third-party software such as Logic Pro X, which seems to be the source of your issues. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
While we can offer general advice on what hardware may better support certain software, the best course of action would be to utilise the support provided by your software provider. They will have the specific expertise to assist you in optimizing the software's performance.
Regarding the hard drive issue, it's important to note that the installed software, operating system, and any additional files or programs you might have added will occupy some of the storage space on your hard drive. However, if you believe there is a significant discrepancy, we'd be more than willing to look into this for you.
As for your comments about our staff, we're deeply concerned to hear that you felt uncared for after your purchase. This is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. If you have any further issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can rectify this.
I'd also like to mention that customer reviews play a crucial role in helping us understand where we can improve.
