I bought Lenovo A916 eight months ago.(This is my second phone from this site.)

Reasonable prices
It was very well packed.

Cons:
I asked them to root the phone and delete all Chinese apps. They said they would. And they didn't. I asked them how to root it myself, so i can delete unnecessary apps,(a lot of them), and I am still waiting for answer. Unnecessary apps takes almost the whole RAM and practically I can't install almost anything.

In the end, I regret buying it.

Si todo llega correctamente no tienes problemas, pero si tu móvil tiene algun problema no te hacen ni caso. No compréis en esta tienda. Hay otras que dan mejor servicio !!! . Aun estoy esperando que me contesten. No pienso comprar mas....

I have been dealing with minideal.net for the past few months.
I have ordered really much items from them and have found the company to provide good quality products and excellent customer service.
If you are shopping online in China, just go with minideal.net.
Even though , in our cooperation process, we have a little problems, but you solved that perfectly .

Seller specifies phone as in stock, but after almost a week of order being in 'processing' status, seller says to pick another phone instead and says he don't know when phone will arrive to their warehouse.

I received a phone with a known and well documented factory defect (UleFone Be Touch 2 pressure points on the screen). When I raised this with Minideal.net within 7 days of receipt, they asked me to send photos That I did, then the line went dead. No responses. PayPal dispute, again nothing, until they responded to the PayPal escalation. I now have to wait a month to see if PayPal can arrange a refund.

I requested a replacement for another phone model, not even a refund. They are not communicating AT ALL. A shame, as I had ordered 2 other phones previously and was happy. Happy that is, until I needed to use their aftersales customer service.

Stay away. Too risky if you need customer support.

with so many good chinese net store avoid these thiefs..They will sell you broken phone and you cant get your money back..Bunch of thiefs.

I resently but a jaiu s3 from Minideal spain warehouse but the phone was sent from china and possible i will have to pay customs and who knows what. I dont know if this is the usial way of them doing bussines i highly recomend you make sure they will sent the goods from Europe and not China they also told me it will take 2- 5 dayw and we already have 5 days and its not here

i have been ordering from this site for almost 3 -4 year and they are excellent! In fact Minideal is my favorite site . They have the best prices compared with other chinese retailers.
I am extremely pleased, even if I had a problem we have always solved quickly.
All items are packed well, arrive to my country for 10 to 15 days with a few exceptions which do not depend on the store.
All orders are shipped very quickly, even if someone orders are shipped the same day in which the order was made.

I was out to repair the phone within the warranty period,
but has been requested the money on that had to wait close to half a year.

The customer support say that it has the warranty expired during the repair.
It could not be repaired the phone, and to replace it, this is very expensive.

For need a fee will be charged if it past the warranty period during repair?
For need a fee will be charged by commodity prices high?
It is written "12month free repair serivce" in this website!?

I was told that, if you do not pay the money, it will send back the unrepaired phone.
Is this common sense of business in the world?

Bought 7-8 phones from Minideal.
Most of them arrived on time and as expected.
There was a problem with OS in one of them, not the version it was said to be. It was a bit frustrating to deal with them, and it took a few days until we found a solution.
Yet they took responsibility for their mistake.

I paid for a cell phone in order to arrive in 4-5 days two weeks ago, and still don't know when it will arrive. They haven't replied to my latest mail... Guess they have not shipped it yet, but don't know why. I don't know what to do... my order number is 100098985

the service:
there rooted and deleted the chinees app for me
so i have a clean rom
a usa and eu usb charger was add to it
a free screen guard and a silicone case
i also bought a hard case and it fits fine

The exstra service
even wen i though i broke my phone ther sending me a email how to fix it
now that i update the phone and lost the root and have all chinees app ther helping with a live chat to undo what i did i say thats a great service

Bought Lenovo S660 phone expecting that it supports 900MHz 3G as was stated on Minideal.net.

I got the phone but it is version meant to be sold in China and it does not have other 3G than 2100MHz meaning that it is nearly useless in terms of websurfing unless I'm near town. If it would support 3G 900MHz there would not be this problem since that frequency covers almost all areas in my country.

They do not take responsibility of their mistake.

They do not know what they are selling.

They do not ship items and keep telling you to wait. Your package will never arrive.

J'ai commandé un smartphone "red rice" de Xiaomi (très bon smartphone, quoique un peu lourd) sur minideal.net, et je l'ai reçu une semaine après dans un coli bien emballé, bien protégé, contenant un certain nombre de petits cadeaux en sus des articles fournis habituellement (batterie, chargeur...) :
- carte micro SD 8 go (pour quelques euros supplémentaires)
- protection d'écran
- coque silicone + étui simili cuir (un peu cheap, mais ça protège le smartphone)
- Cable USB/OTG (dont j'ai fait la demande par mail et qui m'a été gracieusement offert)
- service de rootage du smartphone offert
Petit bémol : pas de casque audio fourni avec le téléphone

Bref ! j'ai testé le smartphone depuis quelques jours en long en large et en travers, et n'ai detecté aucune dysfonctionnement (quelques petits soucis de localisation au niveau de la langue française, mais rien de bien méchant)
Encore une fois, je n'ai pas actuellement de souci avec ce smartphone et ne peut donc pas me prononcer sur le SAV que d'autres internautes semblent remettre en cause. En tout cas, je suis très satisfait de mon achat sur ce site ; Probablement que j'ai eu de la chance ;-)

Vorige week de Inew V3 besteld, met snelle levering via DHL (extra kosten maar 6 euro ofzo) kreeg netjes dag na betaling track en trace nummer..dus ik elke keer checken er zat geen beweging in..pakketje was aangemeld, verder stond ie 2 dagen stil toen zag ik dat het oud en nieuw zou zijn aankomende week en 5 febr china weer gaat werken.. ik dacht nee heb ik weer !! maandag 27-01 komt er ineens beweging in pakketje..uiteindelijk woensdag 29-01 binnen geen last gehad van het oud en nieuw feest in china,, helaas moest ik wel inklaring kosten betalen, dat was wel jammer..ik vroeg aan DHL man hoe kan het nou ene keer niet andere keer wel,, hij zei "is kwetsie van geluk hebben" al met al een goede service tot nu toe
