Terrible shipping speed as a trade off for the low price. Never buying from them again. Ever.

SO many issues with them lately. Price-matching is a joke. So many limitations and exceptions. prices seem to be so much higher lately? and then they do a special "discount" on top of them, but its still not what most other people are. Ive seen the light and its definitely not with them.

Pretty disappointed in the direction they have been going. Less reaponsiveness, excessive emails, and prices seem to be going higher and higher. Maybe it's the buy-out to another company?

I was a long time customer and placed a ton of orders with them. Recently they've started really bad price gouging with the Digimon TCG. It's understandable to charge more for items out of print, but when something is just new, popular, and facing shipping difficulties due to the global pandemic ... it's just disappointing and opportunistic. I have since cancelled all my orders with them and will shop at other retailers.

I ordered a storage box for Hero Realms. It was really well packaged and survived the transatlantic trip to Europe. The delivery was timely for international shipping standards, especially with the covid-19 pandemic going on.

I do want to note that I did not have to reach out to the online customer service nor was my order cancelled without notification; my 5 star rating is solely based on the content of the package, the state of the package and the delivery time.

I recently bought some Magic the Gathering cards from Miniature Market. When I opened my package, I was very distraught to see that some of them were heavily curled. I contacted Miniature Market to see if we could come to a resolution. Despite the cards being heavily curled, they insisted that the cards were only lightly curled and therefore considered to be NM. Their own grading policy lists curled foils as a 'defective' product.

Reliable seller, a wide variety of board games. The international shipping fees are among the lowest in the US. The best protective packaging i've seen (even for small, inexpensive games). Good costumer service. I've shopped at MM for years, and will happily recommend them.

Their service used to be good. But now, they ship international package without a care. If the shipment is stuck, it is your problem, not the 'sellor' You have been warned.

To MM reply: Thank you for your reply. I already previously had sent the tracking numbers to your customer support. But your support did not understand the shipment process and suggested to wait past 120days for lost package claim.

Please understand from a customer's point. A customer is not interested in getting claims, the customer is interested to get your product(s), if not he/she will have no choice to look for another seller.

Very helpful service. Great prices and products. I have ordered from them many many times, both when I lived in St. Louis (where they are located) and living across the country. If there is ever a mess up or mistake, they make it right.

I will preface this by saying the only reason I rate this company 2 stars and not 1 is because of the saving grace of there brick and mortar location. There their associates know how to treat customers. The online Customer Service team is horrendous and needs some major help.

I had an online order cancelled on me with no communication from the company until AFTER I reached out to them. They "claimed" it was an issue with authorization on my card, yet I can't imagine how that is as when I made my order, my card went through and the money was deducted from my account. When I sent a follow up asking for more clarification, they solved and closed my ticket. I know they did exactly that, as I am a Customer Service Manager for an online retailer who also uses Zendesk (the email answering program they use). I do not expect any follow up on this, nor do I want any. i am done trying to order from there online store. I caution anyone from using their online store, and recommend they only go the actual store, as you will not receive help virtually.

Order was cancelled; I was never notified. I had to chase up with their support team to figure out what was going on. Took me a couple weeks to sort out. Terrible experience, I would not shop here again.

Finally I've got the order. First it was 5 stars for their customer service, some people complains but for me there was 0 problems. Very attentive and fast in response. Later there was 1 star since the shipment method was not explained in detail, they said FedEx and local post but not PostNord from Sweeden. I guess they have to modify their shipment description in the website not to get any troubles in the future. Now, after I've got the order I'll give them 4 stars. At the end of the transaction I'm still happy. Just one more tip, for international orders better to use a better box... a bit stronger. There are two games boxes damaged a bit in the corners, but nothing critical. Gracias
