My experience with Mindenious courses and internships was disappointing on multiple levels. There’s a noticeable lack of professionalism in how things are managed communication is inconsistent, expectations are unclear, and basic organizational standards seem to be missing.

More concerning is the lack of ethical transparency. The way the programs are marketed doesn’t align with what is actually delivered. Promises around learning, mentorship, and outcomes feel exaggerated, and there’s little accountability when those expectations aren’t met.

Overall, it feels more like a transactional setup than a genuine learning experience. I would strongly advise against taking their courses and internships.

They basically hire low paid employees in the name of interns. They will drain the soul out of the interns and make them work like animals. The other 1 star reviews speak for themselves.

Atleast 10 interns resigned after 2-3 weeks. Here are the reasons why you shouldn't join this firm:

1) There was significant pressure to achieve sales targets, despite consistent efforts. The expectations felt disproportionate for an intern.
2) Basic provisions such as sick leaves were rejected at times.
3) We were often required to stay beyond official working hours without clear reason.
4) There were instances of unprofessional communication, including being directly asked to arrange payments.
5) There were repeated warnings about salary deductions communicated in a discouraging way.
6) The TLs were entitled and very toxic as if they are working in very big MNCs. 70% of them never worked; played games, watched reels and did office gossips.
7) The sales head emphasized on fake sugar coating, bluff games and fake promises while pitching the course to students, which felt very unethical.
8) They usually report or delete negative reviews from Google, forcing employees to spam 5 star reviews.
9) They even extracted my college students e-mail IDs from my ID and mail blasted them with the courses.
10) Finally, they said that the company manager would give course credits for the SIP based on my performance, forcing me to achieve impossible targets for better grades.

They treat employees like slaves. They don't pay the base salary either and make us work extra hours without any extra compensation. They also fool students and do not give them classes which they have paid for.

Best edtech platform. The courses which they provide are top-notch. The personally like Data Science program too much. I will recommend everyone for this program.

Good Work Culture

I study in Germany, one day I received mail from these so called education experts, saying they were supported by our University (not just me, about 300 other students)

They offered discounts and promised us internships, I paid a registration fee, after just 5 minutes I received a mail from student services that this company was doing unauthorized advertisement, making money in the name of universities, told us to delete and report their mails as spams.

I asked for a refund explaining the sitution to them (on whatsapp, we also did a google meeting call)

They objected to me and said they cant refund, I said that you didn't tell me tha, I told them if there is no refund made I will open a legal case.

After minutes of arguments they agreed, and told me to wait, however I went to my bank to receive chargeback, I do not trust them. And I am still waiting.

Beware of Mindenious Edutech - My Honest Experience (Internship Scam)
I’m sharing this post to warn fellow students and job seekers so that no one else falls victim to the kind of exploitation I faced during my internship with Mindenious Edutech.

I joined Mindenious Edutech on 22nd May as a Marketing Intern, after applying through Internshala, a platform I trusted. The listing clearly mentioned a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 + incentives, and this was again confirmed in the offer letter and during onboarding.

I completed all tasks diligently and on time – from WhatsApp marketing, collecting leads and reviews, content writing, to promoting webinars. Despite all this, the company gave me only ₹500, which is nowhere close to what was promised.

When I questioned them about the promised stipend, I was told that the amount mentioned in the offer and on Internshala was "just for attracting interns" and that no one actually gets that amount. This is not just unprofessional, it is blatant cheating.

One of their managers went as far as blaming a former employee (the one who onboarded me) for "misguiding interns to get the work done" and said she was no longer with the company. I was also asked to mail Internshala saying the issue was resolved, even though I am far from satisfied and feel completely exploited.

Due to this whole experience, I’ve been left feeling emotionally and physically drained. It is deeply discouraging when you work hard and get treated like this.

Please DO NOT apply for any internship or course with Mindenious Edutech.
It is a complete scam and a fraudulent operation that is misleading students and taking advantage of their time and effort without fair compensation.

I urge Internshala and other platforms to investigate and blacklist such organizations so that other students don’t have to go through what I did.
