Well I'd ordered a nose stud
Well I'd ordered a nose stud , wire back , gold ball diamond cut. I'd placed the order on the Saturday. But unfortunately on Monday I got a text message to say they had no more in stock of the one I wanted a 2.75mm and only a large one 3.75mm. But they looked and found me a different design, screw back and faceted not diamond cut in 2.75. Plus as there was a slight rise in price for this one. They waved it. I thought that was so lovely.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pravin. Many years ago, during a family trip to India, my mum bought matching aquamarine gemstones for my sister and me. I kept mine safely for years, waiting for the right person to turn it into the perfect ring.
Although it was over an hour's drive for me, it was absolutely worth it. From the very beginning, Pravin understood exactly what I had in mind. He listened carefully to my ideas, guided me through the process, and helped bring my vision to life. The quality of the ring is exceptional, the fit is perfect, and every detail is exactly as I had hoped.
The ring was completed within the promised timeframe, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I absolutely love wearing it, and it means so much to me knowing that such a special gemstone has been transformed into something so beautiful.

He’s always been kind enough to spend the time going through different ranges before I make a decision . All the pieces we have purchased feel classic, elegant and timeless. Exceptional Service
My husband and I have been customers of Minar Jewellers for over three years. It has always been a pleasure visiting them. From start to finish, the service is friendly, polite, patient, and exceptional. Our visits are made that much more special with their lovely samosas and masala tea; you feel you get the personal touch every single time.
All the staff are wonderful, but a special shout-out goes to Pravin, Jaysal, and Sweta. Everything is explained with knowledge and clarity, you never feel rushed, and nothing is too much to ask of them. We always walk out happy and content—even when I end up buying something twice the value of what I originally planned to spend 😃—as they have an exquisite range of jewellery.
The repairs to our jewellery have always exceeded our expectations. Items are returned incredibly shiny, which has resulted in me wearing pieces I haven't touched for years. I would definitely recommend Minar Jewellers to anyone seeking a jeweller you can trust, especially if someone is unsure what to do with their own jewellery, just as I was at the start of my jewellery journey.
