Never set up an appointment. Just showed up when we weren't home. Opened gate to yard & entered. How do I know they didn't snoop around. That's trespassing!!!

This business and its service is beyond terrible. There needs to be a public service announcement to warn others about the shady tactics that are employed here.
Here is a list of warnings:
1) They will not answer your calls and have a small window of communication
2) There is no online way to dispute or cancel
3) They make it difficult as possible to cancel the terrible service
4) They will find ways to charge/service charge you at every opportunity

The list could be extended. My only hope is that a good person avoids this terrible company due to this short review.

The first I learned of this company was in a letter from my insurance company, Travelers, informing me they were "nonrenewing" me due to "unfavorable physical condition of the property". The "unfavorable" condition included moss over 10% of my roof (which was treated and clearly shows in Millennium's photo that it is brown/dying) and "trees touching and/or overhanging the dwelling" (<10%). (Neighbor's tree). The worst of the report is that it states "yes" that I was met on site and that an "at-door interview was conducted. The company did not provide notice of the inspection, did not receive permission to be on my property and lied on the report. And Travelers is "nonrenewing" me for moss (that had been treated) and an overhanging limb on a report that was fraudulent. If 0 stars was an option, I'd have checked it.

I just got a letter from my insurance canceling my policy because Millenium information services say that is something wrong with my roof,wich I think is bs

This company has a D- rating through the Better Business Bureau and has consistently committed fraud against multiple homeowners and insurance companies across multiple states.

The inspector that came to our house was a little old lady and I don't know how she inspected our roof, but she said it had 40% granular loss and she said that there was debris leaning against the house. The debris was a ladder on one side of the house. I had a professional roof inspection completed after this which cost me a lot of money and they said there was little to no granular loss and that the roof was 30-year roof and had 15 to 20 years left on it. Based on the millennial report my insurance company, Travelers immediately dropped me because of the roof and the so-called debris. Once I had the inspection on the roof and sent the report in Travelers agreed to reinstate me. Obviously the millennial inspector had no idea what she was doing.

Very unprofessional. Parked a few houses down and watched my wife and I get into our car and leave. I thought I was going to be robbed.

Gave very unrealistic depictions of my house. I believe inspectors are given incentive to ping houses for any very minor infractions, and because of this they use poor lighting to drum up false claims.

I did not receive any notification/letter/call/email from this company that they would be by to conduct a home inspection for my home insurance in January 2023. We were startled to find a random person on our driveway - our home alarm system notified us of movement in the front - and here we see a lady walking around the property and taking photos of the front of the house, and about to go into the gated back yard without even knocking on the front door to notify us, or give us a name, company, and business card. I have dogs in the backyard! We are lucky we caught the lady before she let herself in. When confronted she said she was doing the inspection for home insurance. She did not notify us when she was done, nor leave any paperwork for us to review. In my opinion this is EXTREMELY unprofessional and must be documented. I hope that management will give me a call.

I was briefly employed July 20th-August 15th in a wfh position as a Quality Reviewer. Having prior experience I quickly caught on to Millennium-Information-Services-Inc practice of reporting good roofs as damaged to the respective insurance agency. When I reported this safety and health concern to a snake like ruthless of a cheats Sara B, and Andy H. I was severely harassed and in retaliation I was forced to resign because I wouldn't comply to reporting false information concerning roof damage". Just know your right they falsely report good roofs "20%" means damaged or what's called a "referral".

Wish I could give 0 stars.
Nice person came to my house to inspect for my new insurance company.
Resulting report had so many errors in it it nearly caused my to find a new agent (after over 20 years). It appeared the inspector looked up problems on a website & tried to apply them to my house. Pictures intended to support claims of problems actually showed no such thing.
Finally had to send a letter refuting the report line-by-line to my agent.
Does Millennium even train these inspectors?

They claimed to have conducted an appraisal of my new home for the benefit of Travelers insurance to obtain an RCV quote on this newly acquired property. While I purchased the property effective June 30, I did not take possession of it until July 22. They claimed to have performed a “complete” appraisal of this property on or bout July 5, 2022. The previous owners of the home were still occupying the property at that time.

They:

1) Claim that 2 calls were made to me for (an onsite appointment?) never happened and if they did, I do not have any missed calls, no voice mails were left
2) Reported that the property had 2 floors - it has 4
3) Reported that the home has a basement - it is built on a slab and does not
4) Stated in your report that the FMV of the home was appx $1.0+ million and you reported to Travelers that the RC was $1.2mill
5) Failed to indicate the condition of the front exterior windows, that you took a photo of, in which the seals of the windows were showing thru
6) Failed to report on the rot on the exterior of the 4th floor windows (well, how could you if there are only 2 floors and a basement!)
7) Never contacted me post your work (that is if you did any work other than take photos of the front and rear of the home) to confirm any of your findings
8) Did nothing as to comparables
9) Have no clue what the interior finishings and construction are/were

Frankly, their work on this assignment was abominable and Travelers is going to lose a long time insured due to this! I will do all I can to insure that Travelers no longer has you on their approved list.

This company is a total joke. The inspector they sent out pointed out the most ridiculous items on my old home that have nothing to do with the integrity of the home and were just cosmetic.

This company hires The Go Solution to do supposed home inspections. Instead, it is drive-by fraud. I recently experienced False Reporting on my property - had wrong square footage, wrong type of siding, incorrect number of trees near my property, wrong assessment of granule sediment, false call on roof condition etc. Unbelievable!! "Inspector" didn't assess the rear side of the home because, "of privacy fence". One can easily see the roof over the fence. And (!) "didn't want to use satellite images because they were unclear". That would not be a valid way to assess a residential home and the condition of the roof, season of foliage, shingle assessment etc. Speaking of, "inspector" took photos from the public road by my home. You can't make an upclose assessment of shingles without handling one in your hands. I had a professional roofer of 40yrs do a hands-on assessment and he counters every comment made. I was not notified when this drive-by occurred, but since it was Aug, I had not done my annual trimming due to the heat. That part was easily corrected/done anyway weeks later. Everything else is 100% worthy of a lawsuit. I have photographs etc. This is a scam inspection! Do not do any business with Millennium Information Services, Inc since they fully endorse this fraud. They have additionally scarred SageSure insurance (who was handled by TGS Insurance Agency) as they acted on their data without any other inputs (including my offering to pay for a valid home inspection). You are fully warned!
