Millets - Tunbridge Wells Anmeldelser 

I bought two pairs of socks from the Tunbridge Wells store, only to find that they hadn't taken off the security tag off one of the pairs. As there is no Millets near my home, I asked that a new pair could be sent and I'd send the tagged ones back - what a palaver! The Tunbridge Wells sales assistant, Aria, was excellent at apologising and keeping me posted, but the manager would not allow the above for a quick exchange to take place. Instead, I had to wait for some time (well over a week) for her to eventually pick up the tagged socks and provide a new pair, not even offering me the untagged extra pair as a gesture of goodwill for all my trouble/messages/phone calls etc! They've offered a discount if I ever wanted to buy another pair from them ... not the most generous of offers!

Amazing service by Aria from my local Millets! I was shopping for waterproof boots for my 7 year old daughter who couldn't come to the shop with me, and Aria went extra length to show me all possible options, help me measure the boot length and eventually sold me several pairs in one go. On the same visit, I bought a lovely orange jacket for myself, having tried on most of the colours they had (plenty of them!), and my overall shopping experience was excellent.

Really really helpful staff. Was served the first time by Andy and then by Sam the second time. Both came straight over to and were super helpful and very well-informed, a great example of excellent customer service, couldn’t have asked for any better. Helped us buy 2 pairs of walking shoes as well as ordering a bag. Excellent store :)

Wish to point out that Sam at your shop couldn't have been more attentive and pleasant with it. I only walked in to 'have a look around' too..walked out with the best boots I've seen anywhere. Smile...

Jonah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I tried on, and was patient when I tried on four sets of boots!

Good people in this store. Friendly knowledgable and accommodating. Aria the store manager in particular was an absolute champ. Went out of his way to make everything super easy 10/10. I don’t want to rag on other stores but you don’t get that service in sports direct.

Really helpful, knowledgeable staff. Understood what I needed walking boots for and only offered a suitable selection, didn’t push me to buy the most expensive pair.
Bothe Jonah and his colleague gave good advice about the type of waterproof jacket I needed and after purchasing it gave good aftercare advice on both the jacket and boots.
Couldn’t recommend more highly and also good value in comparison to other stores.

We were looking to buy some reasonably priced boots for all weather dog walking. Aria was very friendly and gave good advice on what we should purchase. After 2 very muddy dog walks we are very pleased with our purchase.

Our in-store experience was great thanks to Aria.We might have been able to buy cheaper online but would not have benefited from the excellent advice resulting in a successful purchase.

Aria was nothing short of heroic with my million requests and questions, I’ll go back to Millets TW just for him !
