Great customer service
The staff in this store are always so helpful . Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to help find what I need. The staff all seem to be very happy and the manager is always happy and gives you the time of day which is fantastic customer service.

Boots and jacket purchase.
I came in with my elderly mother to get her some walking boots and a waterproof coat for dog walking through the winter. Megan served us and she was excellent. She was patient and knowledgeable. She even managed to juggle serving another gentleman at the same without us feeling unattended. The whole experience was very pleasant. Many thanks!

I was greeted as I walked in, Really friendly staff, I asked for an outdoor chair for my kid and they gave me options and prices straight away. All the staff spoke to my 5 year old and its was just an all round great customer service. Chair was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be too, thank you

Excellent and personalised service, it was like having a personal shopper. I told the nice assistant I was going on a walking holiday and she was very friendly, polite and helpful in talking me through my options and getting high quality and affordable choices for me.
