Great quick service. Polite professional sales team.
Item was just what I wanted. Ashame more millets are close by.
Really wanted to look at some other items after searching online, but unable to climb the stairs in store therefore had to give it a miss.

No complaints or problems with products, quality or prices but three stars for bad customer service I always receive from staffs, don’t want to help or support, even have no respect because you are talking to them they will walk out, its not everyone this one is the Manager and older guy in the store,this time my order was delivered to collect from store and when I been there to collect its comes in the big box which was not possible for me to carry so I asked him if I just take the order and leave the box he totally refused and walked out then there was a young girl staff (New) who wants to help and she agreed that the box is really big , I also removed my address stickers from the box so there was legal problem but when girl contacted this arrogant manager still he refused and telling me that I have to take the box even I took out the chairs and ready to carry it but unfortunately he was still not agreed for me to leave the box.

Fantastic store. This is my go to for supplies. The team members Erol and Andrew are incredibly helpful. My son needed kitting out for a scouts expedition and once again they were there with advice and very fairly priced good quality equipment. Will be back again in the very near future.

Late delivery. No email notification after over a week.

Went in today to buy a few things I was served by Erol and Andrew was a very pleasant visit very friendly and helpful.

Even on a Sunday afternoon the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I went to buy walking shoes, was served by Kayla who was very tolerant and fine about the fact I was taking ages and had multiple pairs out of the stock room.
Well done Millets.

Always excellent and friendly customer service from Andrew and Erol. Both very quick to help despite having to often manage several customers or other needs at once. I have used this branch for many years and am very grateful to all staff for dealing with issues such as returns/refunds and so on in such a lovely manner. Customer service is not an easy task!!

Nipped in to buy one of my grandsons a 3i in 1 rain jacket which l eventually found after a good while at the very back of a rail, the floor salesperson having tired of me and wandered off, but Andrew at the pay desk was so cheerful, so happy to help, and charming, that his sales skills made my day better. Such genuine smiles are always a great welcome for a customer.

I visited my local store in Enfield over the weekend as I was looking to purchase a new inflatable bed & sleeping bag. Erol who was at the store was really helpful & informative & helped me decide, make a decision on the double air bed & type of sleeping bag that would be most suitable for my needs & sleeping pattern.

Came in a couple of weeks ago and bought a really lovely pair of Merrell shoes and was served by a lovely young lady who was so helpful. The gentlemen at the til was equally lovely and so helpful.

I would have given 6 stars if I could.

Sadly just called and wanted to buy another pair but the man on the checkout was so dismissive and clearly had no interest in helping. Wouldn't even call me back to let me know if he had the shoe in stock. Said something about privacy rules.

Sorry Millets, you need to be consistent with your staff. Ive gone online now and got them £10 cheaper. What a shame for you and for me.
