Millets - Brighton Anmeldelser 

I went into the shop looking for a backpack to travel in Asia this summer and I was helped by a staff member called Dylan. He said it was only his second day on the job but I’d have assumed he had worked there for years. Really seemed to know what he was talking about and went above and beyond to recommend a bunch of different products and tell me which things to look out for. It was clear that he is really passionate about the products he was selling and was the best possible person I could have asked about this. Very personable and great at his job, keep it up mate!

Otis was very friendly and helpful and I eventually decided on a pair of walking shoes and a bonus light-weight jacket, that were both in the sale yesterday.

My sister recently bought some boots in Millets in Worthing and as we both have issues finding wide shoes, she recommended the Merrell brand and I found a pair of their shoes for myself, in the Brighton branch!

Now to try them out on a walk along the seafront 🌊

I came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a pair of great Merrells! The guys were so nice in millets, one man in particular (I didn’t get his name) really took his time with me and was very patient. Overall great service and I’ll be back!

Yeah i mean insanley good. I was looking to buy a 80L or something backpack for travelling and i was met with a good selection of rucksacks, but more importantley the staff there were incredibly helpful and very willing to educate me and tailor my needs to my purchase. You sort of need to understand the levels involving in buying something like a backpack, like its size, durability, waterproofing, pockets, back supports etc and how that responds to you and i am very grateful that i had such cracking staff to help me with that. Specifically Otis and Dean, lovely guys

Very helpful, and I found what I was looking for.

A small store, but well stocked and after a long long long time of faffing about which walking boots to buy to replace the destroyed ones I have lived in for so long, Jason really helped me have the confidence to make a purchase at last. I'm home now wearing my brand new Brashers and I'm absolutely thrilled I finally took the plunge. I will wear these boots pretty much every day until they fall apart around me.
