We ordered a microfiber mop and when it arrived, it was defective. The telescoping handle wouldn’t adjust. I called the customer service line, got right through, and the lady was very nice and sent me a video on how to correct. After watching the video, it still wouldn’t adjust and when I called the customers service line back, a man told me that I must have gotten a defective mop handle and immediately sent out a new one! When it arrived, it was perfect!! I recommend this company based on the excellent customer service it provides. Way to go, Microfiber!

I have been looking for a company that can supply my needs and when i found you on the web, It was great you had what I needed and pricing was well alright but still I tried you. The Microfiber pads worked very well for our needs. I will be back just wish pricing was a little better.

After receiving my mop system, I had difficulty putting it together and especially with getting the telescoping pole to work. After talking the assembly through with a wonderfully patient lady, whose instructions were spot-on, we both concluded that there was something wrong with my mop handle, and she immediately made arrangements to have another one sent out to me. I am currently waiting for it’s arrival on Wednesday, but could not be more pleased with your customer service.
