A local business that just does not care.....
I would never write a review unless I am really angry, frustrated, and until I have tried to resolve my issue by talking to someone at the business. I have spent hours of my time trying to do just that, and have been persistent. I have learned that this dealership is the WORST for customer service after the sale. No return phone calls, no customer care. No CARE at all. Buyer beware. After the deal is done, and you are on your own. I could write 10 pages on my personal incident, but will not bore you. Suffice it to say that you cannot trust this dealership. KNOW THIS. READ EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR CONTRACT AND VERIFY IT IS WHAT YOU NEGOTIATED WITH THE SALES PERSON, even if you have to spend hours in the sales office going over the fine print. I spent an hour in the dealership today, after none of my calls, or my husbands calls to the dealership were returned. That includes the sales person, the leasing agent, the sales manager, the general manager, and even Honda corporate. Not a good testament to the Honda brand. Today, after spending my afternoon, on a day off, at the dealership, the Sales Manager and staff pretty much showed me the bird. NO customer service skills, and obviously no respect for their customer. They did discuss my issue together in the neighboring glass enclosed office, in full view, without masks, and had a great laugh at my expense. Yes, I saw you, and I'm not stupid. Sure looked like everyone was having a great time, except me. Humiliating. The experience I have had at Michael Hohl Honda in Carson City Nevada is the main reason why more folks buy a car online. And that is a very sad situation when you are a local customer.
