Use a train instead. In short, metro bus needs closing down and replacing with a company that can provide a service. I feel nothing but hatred for metrobus as its a waste of time and will ruin your journey.

I had lost my laptop on the metro bus. The efficient support team very well coordinated with my calls and I received the laptop back just in two days time from their travel shop. I appreciate that the support team were very cooperative and answered me politely every time I called them. I have been traveling on the metro bus for couple of years now and am very happy with their service.

Just took a bus 400 and driver did not stop when pressed a STOP button. When told him about instead of simply be apologetic he stated he doesn’t understand why I couldn’t get out on the next stop. He doesn’t need understand but perhaps stop when we asked for it as it is his job after all and apologise when you’re in a wrong and not just continue to argue.Shame on you,journey costs money and it was not a free ride.

Wife mislaid backpack whilst on the bus. Returned a day later Thank you.

The message says approx a 15 minute wait to have your call answered. I've just been on 28 minutes and so fed up of listening to their music I've given it up as a bad job. They're either needing more staff, all on holidays or so sick of talking to people complaining they've all either gone on strike, called in sick or just walked out and who can blame them.......

Spoke to Carol and Leslie, made the process both fast and easy. A welcoming environment that almost makes me want to lose something again.

I am so thank full to metro bus.I left my phone on bus i was panicing so much.I called in my phone then they pick up my phone and told me my phone is safe.I went and collect my phone

Service is awful, had bus drivers tell me off demanding that should be at the bus stop 5 mins before she arrives like she owns me or something, when ever I tap on the payment for the fair gets declined but I still get charged on my bank account, so they keep scamming me, their driver allow drunk people to get on the bus who then threaten to rape female members of the public and even children and get in a huff when they have to deal with them, £3 pound for a ticket to travel 3 stops at times for a good awful service, buses never arrive on time and even disappear entirely at times, you complain but all you get is a sorry and the crap continues...hate this bus service.

Useless, made a complaint against some idiot driver of a Metrobus for whom they said was not one of their buses. So Police informed instead.

Fast response, amazing people

Thank you to the honest person who handed in my wallet, which was left on a bus. Saved me having to replace my bus pass, driving license, health card and various other items. And, thank you to the team at Metrobus, especially Carol who turned detective and tracked me down through my dentists! Thank you Carol and your colleagues for all of your help.

I came in today to find my keys that was lost yesterday and was informed they had it by description only in about 20 seconds, carol and Phil were amazing, glad to have my keys back
