I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with some of the agencies on Messly. It can be frustrating and disappointing when promises are not delivered upon.
We are always striving to improve our platform to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our doctors. If you would like to share more details about the agency that let you down that would really helpful. We can also help you to connect with another agency or recruiter on Messly. I'll ask one of my colleagues to get in touch with you about this.
We want to make sure that all agencies on Messly are reliable and trustworthy, and we have processes in place to monitor and evaluate their performance. This includes collecting reviews and performance stats on agencies and recruiters, and a reporting process to pick-up on ones that are consistently letting doctors down. We hope you'll give us another chance, and we will do our best to ensure that your experience on Messly is a positive one.
Thank you again for your feedback, and good luck with your new role.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that you found Messly confusing due to the many different companies and agents available on the platform. It’s helpful to know and we’ll pass this feedback onto the relevant teams. It's the first time we've ever this feedback.
I can understand how overwhelming it can feel when presented with too many options, but it’s great to see that you’ve successfully found work through Messly and received lots of job opportunities from our agencies. Messly provides you with lots choice is to ensure you get the rates and pick of locum work in your area. We work with 15/18 largest recruitment agencies who cover 80%+ of all locum work in the NHS. Making it easier to find locum work
I like that a number of quality assured agencies are registered with Messly and that it's possible to upload documents and the agency can request access to them as the whole process is otherwise overwhelming and very time consuming. However, I have found that every agency still requires an application form to be filled out and they have different compulsory modules that need to be completed before work can begin.

Thank you for your review Nina. We are glad that you appreciate the quality assurance of the agencies registered with Messly and that you find the document upload feature helpful.
We appreciate that having to fill out application forms and complete mandatory modules can be a frustrating part of registering with an agency. We are working hard to streamline this process to make it simpler and avoid duplicating the same forms/modules for each other. We really value feedback, thanks for taking the time to share it with us.
Good luck with your new job role!
