what a great service, at heathrow airport parking the car was on time at pick up and drop off, couldn't ask for any more better thanks a lot merry parking for wonderful service,

DO NOT USE - I waited 2 hours on return to get our car back and only then received it after we contacted the police to report our car stolen and Merry Parking refused to even discuss it with me, taking NO responsibility. Merry Parking shield fraudulent parking providers and shield you from seeing their true reviews - look up reviews Wiz Parking which is who they sub contract to and see the terrible experiences, see also Daily Mail article on Merry Parking

UPDATE - As you can see from their response they still refuse take any responsibility. I was quite ill on my return, likely exacerbated by the stress of using Merry Parking, so it took some time to collate the following evidence that I will be using against Merry Parking:

1. Calling the number we were provided when we had collected our luggage as instructed at 17:13
2. Evidence of the 51 calls made in total to the 2 numbers provided over the space of 2 hours
3. Evidence of the final call only answered once the police had contacted them at 19:00
4. Evidence we only had the car returned 2 hours after our first call
5. Evidence of damage to our back bumper
6. Evidence that our car was driven 20 miles between pick up and drop off
7. The crime number of the report made to the police

Awful experience & cowboys at best!
We had an awful experience when we booked with Wiz Ltd Park through Merry Parking.
On dropping off the car at Heathrow - we had to wait 65 mins from the time we called to the point of collecting the keys, making us late for our flight and extremely stressed. On calling the company - I have never been spoken to so rudely - got told to stop calling them - as they were going to send the driver in 5 mins and now will need to wait 15! At which they did make us wait.

On collection - experience was just as bad. From point of calling to having the cars dropped back - it was just shy of an hour - and this was at 11-midnight on a Monday evening - hardly peak times!

Car mileage had also shown the car had been driven for 45 miles - and when I challenged them - they said read the T&Cs which state they can park it up to 20 miles away.

Merry Parking are merely a handler for bookings with these companys and their website gives you the impression that you're leaving your car with a secure company.
When I have since looked at Wiz Park's own website & T&Cs, they clearly resolve themselves of any liability - both with regards to your car & the service their provide.

My advise to anyone - pay a little more for a better service - or just accept a shuttle ride with another company - as at least you'll know what to expect and the gamble will be removed.

Recently dropped off 2 cars at terminal 5 Heathrow. Upon return we rang them when at baggage reclaim as they requested. After a long haul flight which was also delayed by 4 hours we did not need to wait in the cold for over an hour for our cars to be delivered to the collection point! We would recommend that you call them as soon as your flight lands to ensure a prompt and satisfactory service ! Definitely won’t be using Merry Parking again as they don’t ensure ‘Merry’ customers !

Terrible service would not use at all. Misplaced our car keys on return from holiday and had to wait over an hour for our car. Complained back in September and there after two more times and to date have not even had an apology or acknowledgement email. Poor 😣

I booked this company on Groupon, to be fair the booking system was fine the lady who I spoke to was lovely, and I phoned a few times after booking to change times etc..... On dropping the car off at the airport our driver arrived within 20 mins as agreed on the phone, (my friend who also booked with the same company, well they had to wait nearly an hour making us rush).
On the way home was a different story, our car was absolutely DISGUSTING! it's like it had been kept on a chicken farm, the windows had obviously been left down, the rain had got in, there was feathers and debris, leaves everywhere, and the car absolutely covered in bird crap, cd cases left in the passenger side door were completely ruined, the whole car was damp and extremely smelly.... We will not use this company ever again and will from now on stick to what we know and never go off price again, we will not recommend this company to anyone!

Easy to book, great price and extremely reliable service! Will definately use them again!

AVOID - HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE AFTER DAMAGE TO CAR

I'm writing this review after more than 2 months of rigorous follow ups with the company and trying to resolve the matter as I wanted to give the company a chance to rectify the damages caused to my car.

I booked Valet parking through Merry Parking for Easter holidays at Gatwick Airport who actually booked me with Gatwick Parking Spaces. The drop off and pick up of the service were prompt but when I picked up the car there were clear signs of the damage on the body with Scratch marks around and the front number plate smashed into. I told the driver who said he will report it and I will need to speak to their office. I took photos and put comments on the delivery note, took a copy of the delivery note with driver's signature acknowledging the damages and sent it to Merry Parking next day.

It's been 2.5 months since this matter in April and after being kicked around between the Merry Parking and Gatwick Parking spaces I'm now told nothing can be done as the records have been deleted and their driver did not report it to them. They have completely ignored the evidence I provided to them and both have shrugged the responsibility of the damages.

AVOID BOTH THE COMPANIES AS THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Will definitely use again.... came picked our car up from our overnight stay before flight from premier inn and dropped us off at terminal and very prompt easy drop off for our return.... very reasonable price too.

Do not book. Pay a few pounds more and leave your vehicle in safe hands. These people are unreliable untrustworthy and lie. Late to meet by half and hour. 50 mins late to return and car interior soaking wet. After 4 weeks of emails they say because I did not get the person attending name and number they will not do anything. If you like your car don't use them at Manchester airport. You have been warned

I have booked and paid for my valet parking to park at Heathrow with Wiz Parking (via Merry Parking). I then needed to extend the duration of the parking. I tried calling Wiz Parking customer services as this is who I booked with. I got told that I need to call back in an hour because the manager's not available. When I called back in an hour, I then got told to call back in an hour again. I became really fed up and sent an email to customer services who advised me to call a number to amend my booking again. I called the number and it went straight through to voicemail. I tried so many times throughout the day to call the number and it just kept going to voicemail. I was then so unhappy, I left it for a day and then the next day I tried the same number and it was still going to voicemail. I tried another number that I had which was a direct number to the courier office. They took my details and said that I don't need a confirmation email. I was not happy that I was not receiving a confirmation email and asked them to provide me with a one and they still insisted I don't need one. I have sent email to Merry Parking, hopefully they can help me.

Excellent service. I have use them a couple of times now and would not look anywhere else for this service. Very competitively priced. They take away some of the hassle of your holiday. they offer discounts for repeaters.

Easy to follow instructions for both drop off and return. Very happy with the service received as we had not previously used airport parking but will be using the service again and we will recommend the service to our friends as well :)

As a Solo traveler this is the First time I have used the south end airport so when I booked a meet and Greet I was not sure but Wow that was the best thing I have done for this trip and Im very impressed with the service and I will use merry parking for my other trips as wll.

This is the first time I have used your parking provider for Heathrow. Once I booked a parking I came across some bad review and I was really worried because I booked the nonrefundable booking so I decided to gamble with my car and i'm so happy that I did used it if not I wouldn't have the change to use the fantastic service. and Im writing this review because I want others to use this service and I will definitely use your service again and recommend you guys

This is the first time I have used the Meet and greet for Manchester airport with merry parking and I am happy that I booked it with them.
The driver was polite and the people who answered the call was very helpful I went with my partner and a baby and the return flight is a long one and when we were at the baggage area we call them and they brought the car as I left it with them, so we will use them again in the future as we are a frequent flyers.

This is the first time I have used their Gatwick Meet and greet.
The person who answer the call was Polite and friendly and when we reached the airport the chauffeur was waiting for me and when we return we called them once we collected the luggage and they brought the car back to the same place where we have met them, and I am a very happy customer we will use your service again thank you so much for your excellent service.

Excellent service. We have used them 3 times now for meet and greet parking at Heathrow. I would highly recommend them. Customer service is also very good. No problems. I will be using them again in the near future
