If I could rate no stars I would but I have to click on one to type.
I ordered 2 dog beds and they have not arrived. I Keep being told they’re in transit and to be patient. 2 months I’ve been waiting. They have insulted me by asking if I’d like 5% off my next purchase😡
This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I am very upset with this company I ordered two dog beds only got one I’ve been texting them and no response. So I would never shop from them again. I sent out six emails cause there’s no number I can call.

I purchased a bathroom scale that was non-functional when it arrived. They would not replace it unless I returned it which would of cost 2/3 the original price.

Every time I posted a 1 star review of the scale it would get removed a few days later.

Not a company I would spend more than $20 at as returns are hard and expensive and their products not the highest quality.

What happened to the batteries? I used to buy all kinds of button batteries & now you don't have them anymore. I guess I will have to shop elsewhere now. :(

This is not my review even though it's here under my account. It's all lies, I've not ordered over a 100 orders, I don't even know who Meritline is and the support for HF is the worst. I agree their shipping rates are way too high though.

I have placed over a hundred orders with Meritline and have always been satisfied with their services and support. I always use their free shipping and don't expect it to be shipped overnight as their shipping rates are too high for residential deliveries.

Years of good deals on printer cartridges and small electronic parts. Recently they sent incorrect item. When I requested RMA, I just got into an endless email requests for documentation. The low prices are not worth the aggravation of dealing with poor customer service.

I have been buying from Meritline for a few years and I will continue to do so because of the pricing and customer service.

With as many purchases as I have made from them, there were bound to be some with issues (such as a bad set of printer cartridges); but the few problems I had were all resolved quickly, usually in one phone call, and always to my satisfaction.

I look forward to their daily email offers, always with some interesting surprises. I have referred family members and friends (without informing Meritline since I do not like making profits from those I care for). All have thanked me for the referral.

I did some research and discovered that Meritline had a quality product for a very good price. My purchase was approximately $25, and when it came time for choosing shipping, there was free shipping and then 3-day shipping for over $20. My complaint is that they give you no estimation of how long "free" will take--unlike places like Amazon which say 5-7 business days.

They offer "rush order processing" for $1.99--which I took--and so the day after I placed my order, it shipped from across the country. In a matter of days, it made its way to one state away from me. And there it sat. Ordered on 12/9 and in PA on 12/14. FedEx tracking, though, said it would be delivered on 12/19--which is 8 days from ordering. Well then, on 12/19, my tracking changed the delivery date to 12/23. It ended up taking 10 business days (and they were shipping and delivering on weekends).

To wait almost two weeks for a product is ridiculous. They just claim that once they ship it, it's out of their hands--but why not be transparent with a shipping estimate. I had to dig into their policy later to see they said 5-7 business days--which is reasonable...but why not advertise it, rather than hide it? And why not offer more affordable means of getting it rushed than an almost 100% mark-up on shipping for three days. I cannot imagine they ever make the 5 day projection, so why not offer 5 day shipping for $5-$8 dollars?

I complained to the company and they are going to refund my $1.99--but only after several angry emails. In the meantime, I miss a deadline. They miss theirs and it's "oh well." I would avoid this company, as this approach and response suggests that they just want your order. After it's shipped, they act like it's not their responsibility.

Purchase some ink cartridges for my HP printer. They performed and work just as well as the originals, at a fraction of the cost.

The have a lot of low cost electronic items that most of us use or need from time to time (and something's we don't need but want anyway). I have found most of the items I have purchased to be very good for the price paid. I have had a few that were not so great (defective/broken) and I have contacted Meritline about the items. The have always responded very quickly and have always refunded my purchase price. Another positive for Meritline, most all items are shipped free. To me this is the most important to keep me coming back and buying more "stuff"! Good Company!!!

Merline.com is a great company. Used their customer service 2 times. Once, goods did not arrive from China. Without question they offered money back or replace lost order, I chose "replace". Order arrived in 2 weeks.
Second time, I ordered some flashlights for a friend. Friend had a problem with 1 flashlight and returned it. Replacement flashlight was out of stock. They returned the money to my credit card account without question even though my friend had returned the flashlight beyond their cut off date. Thank you meritline for your excellent friendly customer service.

I have been buying this product for years, I'll be honest I have received some bad carts. but Meritline stood behind Them without question.
I have been a customer longer than my wife would care to remember and will continue.

Upon my daughter's recommendation I ordered ink cartridges for my Brother printer. Meritline's products are a fraction of the price I paid at the local office supply store and the quality meets/exceeds the manufacturer's products. Meritline's cartridges are one of the very few products I absolutely recommend.

I ordered a Apple Lighting plug to USB cable that was 6 foot long in place of a short cable I had and a "off brand" 6 foot one that did not agree with Apples certification. Product was very well described, including many pictures. Was Apple MFI Certified and had a very great price point.
All this plus free shipping that was not slow. Along with that there was ample E-Mail follow up from them. With any other needs I will seek them out first. Very well pleased.

Meritline has done it again ! Delivered quickly, on time and another great product at a great price. Done business in the past and I will do more business in the future.

I find Meritline to be the best when it comes to prices for my printer ink. I am an artist and make lots of cards and calendars from my paintings. It is important to have the colors right and be able to afford the ink. Meritline makes this all possible.
I had one small problem with an ink tank a couple months ago and Meritline was great to deal with. I am always a satisfied customer. Thank-you, Meritline!!!

We made a couple different purchases from Meritline and have not been disappointed. The products arrived when promised and as described. Meritline is a great source for reliable products at fair prices.
