Applied for a job , was phoned had to sign up, went and done that got my map and id badge for starting , left by being told they'd be in contact in the next few days with start day , after a week I chased it up by calling glasgow office keep being told someone will call you back , 2days 6 fone calls ,no return calls , I emailed head office who forwarded it on glasow , then I got my answer I had been put on the reserve list , I have never been in contact since ,I keep getting stardard emails/texts with upcoming jobs. I have asked several times for my information to be destroyed /removed from database system whatever they have ,as this was now over 2years ago , and from that initial sign up I have never worked for this company , so they held my personal Details against my will

Most unprofessional company.
Had to constantly chase for feedback
Was told numerous times that i had job but it was on hold ? only to be told after waiting many weeks and chasing up that infact i did not have the job.
Was then recomended to apply for another position.
Gave up waiting to hear back from that interview which was 2 mths ago !
No contact by consultant made via mobile no, landline, text or email !
Wasted my time with them !
Moved over to Omega who where much more helpful and have started a new job through them.

Best people to work with. They are very supportive and caring. Always available onsite for help. They won’t leave you alone at workplace. I want to say thank you Meridian BS

I like work atmosphere, everybody cares about each other, people are very helpful. The managers and leaders are very friendly and help to new employees to reach a goals, they provide a lot of trainings, it's help to get new level at work and find a new acquaintances.

My go to person at Meridian, Emma, is a very nice lady. She’s easily reachable and follows up with every concern and your end-to-end journey with the business.

This is a truly horrid company to deal with. They don't even deserve the 1 star which I had to give.I applied for a job through them. I filled in an in depth application form that covered my whole life, agreed to a DBS and credit check. The DBS arrived with in days and references were sent the same day requested, then nothing. After jumping through so many hoops. Absolutely nothing. I emailed, I called and 4 weeks later have heard absolutely nothing from them. I even emailed the manager, she is as rude and unprofessional as her staff because I didn't even get a response from her. There are many reputable recruitment agencies out there, don't waste your time with this bunch of cowboys.
