Professional from the minute you walk through the door from the reception greeting to your personal service team member nothing is ever to much trouble explaining the process.

I always receive first class service from Mercedes Plymouth.It starts with the warm welcome you get from the two ladies in reception.On my latest visits I dealt with Jack,Callum and Mitch.They were all most efficient with a friendly manner.Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Professional service overall, happy with the process and the car. Ashley kept me informed and made sure everything was as expected.

Dropped off car for service as agreed and welcomed by Tom from the Service team. Loan car ready (Electric Smart Car) not the best vehicle to drive felt like I was driving wheelie bin.

This was my 11th annual service and 8th MOT since I bought my car from this company. Usual very efficient service, notifications, etc. with some additional work to pass the MOT carried out quickly. Mike particularly helpful when, on returning home, a fault became apparent with the handbrake and the car was collected this week and the handbrake repaired. Just what a customer should be able to expect from a MB main dealer.

Had my car in for a service booked in for 10:00, dropped my keys off. Was informed that it might be in all day, I pointed out on their website it highlighted two - three hours. The person who booked it in, said I'll speak to the service manager, came back and said he will try and sort it out. Had a couple of little jobs to do in the area, so popped out for an hour. Came back was told my car was in. Got a phone call from the service manager, they had to do a couple of things needing my approval. All sorted and done by 14:00, very pleased. Had a faulty tyre fitted, rang the a couple of days later. Told me to bring my car in on the Saturday morning, they agreed it was faulty and sorted it out within an hour. Very pleased with the service

My experience was smooth and positive. Sam was very helpful and he and Matthew were accommodating regarding the negotiations on cost to change. The handover was a pleasure, the car being presented beautifully in the showroom for my collection. I would recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers.

Went into Mercedes-Benz Exeter with a malfunction on the dash. Greeted by the friendly staff offered a coffee whilst the diagnosis was run, the part was in stock and was back on the road fixed by the afternoon and then continued my journey. Excellent service

Last week I had my, new to me, SL63 Ultimate delivered to me. The car was beautifully prepared and looked superb. This is a very complex car and the delivery driver did not really have the time to do a handover as he had to drive my trade-in back to Taunton, a three hour trip.
The lovely Pash did his best to talk me through the finer points on the car on the phone but with the benefit of hindsight, it needed a one on one session in the car - for an hour or two.

Following my review, MB Taunton have been in touch and prepared an extremely useful video that shows a comprehensive explanation of the features of the car. My thanks to Ben for this and I'm happy now to upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Great service.

Purchased a new car. Impressed by the high level of expertise by the sales team especially Phil Cole. We appreciated Phil taking the time to understand our needs and preferences...very patient with our long list of questions !! Never any hard sales pressure to buy. Informative and very good knowlwdge of the vehicle. Very happy with the attention to detail when picking up our car for the first time.

Had my ml serviced and MOT done by Taunton was handled by Roger in service department he was very friendly and helpful . Would recommend going there.
