Q: Will it damage my windows, walls, or furniture? A: While highly effective on soft-bodied insects, it's best to avoid shooting at hard surfaces like windows, painted walls, or furniture, as the salt spray could cause marks or scratches. Always use it responsibly. Q: Does it actually kill the fly or just stun it? A: It's designed to be a lethal shot for common houseflies and other soft-bodied insects. The product description notes that it can splatter your target, so it's best used in areas that are easy to clean. Q: How do I know when the Bug-A-Salt is cocked and ready to fire? A: This model features a pop-up sight that also serves as a ready indicator. When the sight is up, you know it's cocked and ready to go.
