An excellent service from these guys.
We posted an iPad, for a replacement screen, on the Monday and received it back on the Thursday.
The following week we posted an iPhone, for replacement battery, on the Tuesday and received it back Saturday.
We recommend this company unreservedly. Well done!

MED Repairs are great my daughter smashed the screen on her ipad, she had only had for 3 months, I shopped around the prices where really high I came across these guys price was great and I could post to them. I sent her iPad off on the Thursday evening and it was back Tuesday Morning!! The iPad screen looks great good as new!! Would highly recommend these guys wouldn’t go anywhere else now!!

Amazing service from start to finish, my Son’s iPad screen was less than a year old and he smashed it by accident. I sent the iPad via Royal Mail on Monday and the iPad was back by Thursday. Great fix too!

I remembered this company from a while back, when a certain prestigious iPad shop in Watford couldn’t save my iPad. It had been for a swim, I was told that I would have to purchase a new one. I spoke with Ionut, he said bring it down and I will see what I can do. Not only repaired, but saved all my pictures. Had a problem with a very expensive set of headphones, remembering MED thought I would ask. Headphones working as good as new, thanks mate.

Dropped my IPad on Friday then looked on the internet for a reasonably priced screen repair, chose MED repairs dispatched my IPad, received confirmation of receipt next day, repaired and received next day, three working day turnaround, brilliant service and the cost was not much more than if I had purchased a new screen and tried to fix it myself - a no brainier.. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Fantastic service, posted iPad on Monday, repaired and received it back on the Wednesday. All working perfect again now, and at very reasonable costs as well, easy to understand pricing etc, no hidden costs. Excellent informative web site. I hope I don't have to use them again, but should I need them I would not hesitate to, have full confidence in there expertise.

I was told my iPhone 8 was beyond economical repair and I was absolutely devastated. I gave my old friend a call to see if he could fix it and honestly the phone feels brand new! It’s faster, the colour is better and the battery is lasting so much longer! Thanks to Ionut I’ll be able to keep my phone a lot longer!

My brand new iPad 8 got smashed and during covid it was incredibly difficult to find someone to fix it. I've looked around and i found this company on trustpilot and at the beginning i hesitate but when i read the reviews, i though i should give a try and i am so happy i did.

Brilliant, I am really pleased I found this company, can not praise them enough for repairing my iPad within 24 hours, very professional a pleasure to do business with them.

I had a damaged lightning port on an eight-month old iPad, which wasn't covered by the warranty. I'm so glad that I found these guys—their repair cost less than the excess on my insurance policy, the iPad is working as new and from my experience, the satisfaction of their customers is obviously very important to them. I wouldn't hesitate to use MED Repairs again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I use my phone for work, and they were able to repair the cracked screen on the same day, and kept me updated at every step. Would highly recommend.

The battery in my ipad pro was not lasting long, so decided to replace it. After googling several options, I chose MEDrepairs. They had the cheapest quote.
After buying the battery online, I sent the ipad to them. I received confirmation of delivery, and I was kept uptodate with the repair.
I was advise that the first battery installed, failed their quality test, so they ordered another.
The ipad was then returned to me by Special Delivery, and because of the slight delay, MEDrepairs fitted a new screen protector.
I was advised throughout , and cannot rate them too highly.
