A friend recommended a medical grade sheepskin for a sleeping problem. Not any particular supplier. Medicalsheepskins was not the only one that I found and appeared to have what I wanted; however, the cleaning solution recommended comes only in large heavy containers where freight expense is not cost effective, the natural sheepskin is smaller in size than those that are washable and died dark blue/green, and I also ordered two pair of grey shoulder straps and received one tan pair and one grey pair and they are each of different densities. On the shipping document it is stated that a sample of the cleaner was enclosed and it was not. Someone once said: success is un the details.

i bought this product for a friends sister her sister is bed ridden, and my self comming from australia know how much i helps people that are like her thank you for makeing her last days better

It was really wonderful to find these slippers and heel covers for pressure sores. I take care of my father and its really made a difference.

I guess we can blame the virus for the slow shipping. I'm the last person who should be writing a review, as I've not found a solution to the pain in my rear in the last 6 years since becoming ill. I've tried combinations of air, gel, foam, feather pillows, collapsing wall Wondergel, now sheepskin. It is a plush material to sit on. The guys on the power chair forum swear by this product.

I ordered a pair of slippers for my father. He has a bunion and bedsore on one foot so the slipper is NOT wide enough. Thought I could get the larger size but, when I called, they would NOT let me ship it back due to "Corona virus".
I tried that shoe with a sock on the day and received it which too forever to get then called immediately about the issue.
That was $26 and I can't even use them. Amazon would have sent the larger size and allow returns!!!!

Very high quality heel protectors. Worth the cost compared to the other products on the market. We were pleasantly surprised how soft and comfortable they are. Thanks for the samples of packets to clean and wash heel protectors. By the looks of the construction and quality of materials used we expect them to last quite some time. Thank for producing such a high quality product.

the product arrived in very good shape well packaged, I would have given you 5 stars but it took a long time to acknowledge the order for delivery. Letting people know a time frame when the product will arrive would be nice.

It would be helpful and less expensive if:
--allow preference of delivery method (i.e. regular versus priority)
--accept credit card in US dollars while address is Canadian
--at least, post the cost in Canadian dollars since the mailing point is in Canada

Tried making my own to no avail - they are perfect and will be buying another.

We purchased the wool pad for my mother who is confined to bed. We’ve been trying to find a way to keep her legs and heels off the mattress, particularly over night. With the sheep’s wool the redness on the heels and the pressure sore on her calf have resolved. And it’s been only a week!
We are totally satisfied with our purchase.

Easy to use, safe for the environment and well worth product to clean leather and wool clothes.
