Very efficient for various health tests. The results are available fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall highly recommend.

The most useless laboratory if you can call it so!

Just recived the results of the swab. My diseas spread and infecting other parts of the body. Doctors and GP do not know what is it as it is not responding to antibiotics and other medicine. So they took a swab and sent it to this laboratory.

Their result is that all is fine.

Nothing saying about Tinea capitis Ringworm bacteria or favus

First of all , the clinic is superb, with a very welcoming reception.and two lovely helpful young ladies on the desk.
Maria did my bloods, no problem at all.
And Paulina assisted with other questions, as her English is very good.
The whole experience was a pleasure.
Also the cost was the best in London .
I did a lot of research , before doing these five tests . Found some places very rude when making enquiries ,wrote to the companies involved, but did not hear from them, so what does it tell one.
You won't go wrong with this company.
I received my blood tests the same day. I do hope that this will help steer people in the right direction,it's a minefield out there.

When paying premium for a medical service you hope for an experience that warrants the cost and I felt that my money was well spent. The staff were professional and explained everything with patience and knowledge. I was seen on time and received my results very quickly. I would be confident to use their services again.

I would strongly recommend this place to anybody they are super friendly super professional and actually care about and actually care about their customers I would give them more stars if it was available will definitely go back there and recommend this to anybody commenders to anybody who wants high quality high quality service at a great price

Did my screening test, got the results within a few hours. they offer discounts, receptionist advised me to get the bundle as it's cheaper than few separate markers - it really works better. The procedure is almost painless. And I didn't have to wait long, too. Will use them again for sure

I had my first set of blood tests with Medical Diagnosis in December last year and had a very prompt report of results reassuring me about my general health but with two areas for me to focus on - cholesterol and my weight as usual.
I then arranged a further appointment this week due to breathlessness post Covid. I have again had exceptional care and testing and I am arranging some follow up tests so that we can develop a recovery plan. If you are pressed for time and your local GP has all but locked their front door now (mine asked me by text to update my BP results for them!!!) then Medical Diagnostics is a great service to use with very good staff.

This is an excellent practice. All the employees were very attentive, kind and patient with my younger brother who is easily scared of anything medical (needles, tests etc). The test results came on time with no delays. I would 100% recommend this place.

Chose this company as it was on of the cheapest to do an in person day 2 PCR test. Since it was the holidays all postal ones that are cheaper weren't able to guarantee when the results would be available. I booked a regular test, not a same day test. Was tested at 14:15 on NYE and had the results same day at 19:00.

I bought 2 home tests. I took the tests and sent in the photo of the negative tests with my passport. After a few hours I received my report with the wrong dates,times and passport number. I emailed and called multiple times, but got no answer on the phone and no email reply. I was very upset and had to make other arrangements with almost no time before my flight.

Wish we had chosen this company for our Day 2&8 tests. I’m surprised there aren’t more positive reviews for these people. They are amazing! The co we chose to do our Day 2&8 failed completely and didn’t send out test kits to us. Desperate to get out of isolation cause we had come from the USA to visit my dh unwell mum, we went to their Neasden location for a Day 5 test. Their 20 years of experience showed and we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes (incl registering, paying and test done). Thank you thank you!!! You guys are the best!

Attended for a next day result PCR test. Staff were efficient and professional. Georgina who took my swab was very friendly. I got my results by the end of the working day, which i was very impressed with. Excellent value for money compared to some central london testing companies.

The service was chaotic and the staff were rude. This is a UK Govt approved COVID tester. I booked and paid online for a PCR test. I arrived 10 minutes early but had to wait over 40 minutes after the booked time for my test (no explanation or apology). The staff were very unhelpful and initially insisted that I had to prove that I had pre paid (note, the company taking the payment is a different name to this one and I did not get a confirmation email). The test itself was carried out at the bottom of a staircase and at one point another member of staff pushed past me whilst the swab was being taken. They are also an expensive service. All in all, it was a very poor experience.
