Besvarelse fra Mechmods
Dear Kevin,
I apologise for any disappointment you may have experienced with my service. After investigating the history of your order, it appears that the delay was caused by my shipping partner, Evri. I understand that this delay is unacceptable and I am working with Evri to ensure that these types of issues are minimised in the future.
I also acknowledge that there was a delay in responding to your email and I apologise for any frustration that may have caused. However, I want to assure you that once I became aware of the issue, I took immediate action to resolve it. I shipped out a replacement order via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that you received your replacement order as quickly as possible.
I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and I hope that you are ultimately satisfied with how the issue was resolved. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Sincerely,
Ryan.
Wonderful customer support
A great range of products and extremely fast shipping. I had one minor issue with my order and Ryan from Mechmods resolved it in under 5 minutes of me asking for help. What more could you ask for!

10/10
Was great to see a mechanical keyboards website based in the UK. I ordered the gmmk pro as well as switches along with a few mods. They were shipped same day and got them really quickly. On top of this there is a fairly decently sized community on Discord who are willing to help you with any questions you might have. 100% recommend and will shop again.

Excellent Company
Finding keyboard components and such can be a little tricky in the UK. However, I can now say that Mechmods is my go to place for any keyboard mods, tools, etc. When I needed to amend a mistake I made in my order, they were quick to reply and fix the issue.

Blazing fast service
I ordered an item at 3PM. At 3:40PM, it was marked as dispatched. I received the item the next day. I only paid for first class!
There aren't many good options for UK buyers wanting keyboard parts. Other sites have communities that feel a bit more conceited, so it was great to find a store that treats every customer the same way.

Amazing company. Personal touch.
Lightning fast delivery but with a personal touch.
Ryan, the owner, clearly loves what he does. You get a service and care that you don't get from many resellers. Want to know something? Jump on his discord and you'll get a personal, thoughtful answer tailored to your question.

A really good experience
Just received my order of items to help customise my keyboard, they even included a brush with one of the items which is needed for its use (I wasn’t aware I’d be getting a brush with it so this is a bonus). Delivery was cheap and very quick with it only being 2 business days and the products themselves are priced cheaper than other competing websites. It’s been difficult to find a website in the uk that covers keyboard customising, I hope that this review is helpful to others in my situation :).
