Jake Davies
Jake Davies, who manages the communal land at Waterhouse Mill has been good to work with. He always listens to any concerns about the maintenance of the communal land and tries to resolve any problems and is always prompt to respond to our emails
He recently provided several bags of Tete a Tete's which I planted around the estate, It was rather rainy and then frosty shortly after so let's hope they come up in the Spring.

Very poor service - no accountability
Very poor
As a resident at an established site I have been chasing a tree replacement for years - literally years.
This has been ongoing for a ridiculous amount of time now and nothing is happening despite my constant chasing.
No one taking accountability for it - passed from one person to another. The next excuse will be it’s out of season as it’s been delayed it so long. I’ve heard it all before.
Residents are very unhappy about the service received and the fact we pay an incredible amount of money and are not getting the service or the items we pay for.

Charged me £100 late fee
Charged me £100 late fee for being 4 weeks late payment. Original bill was only £91!! I accept it was late and expected maybe £25 late payment fee. Complained, had a email saying they were really busy but it will be looked at, 4 weeks later no reply , apart from this one. How did we do, You didn't do anything, that's how you did.

We just wanted to check in with you as we are not sure if you have managed to contact our Feedback email address.
With regards to the invoices and late payment charges, we would like to confirm that following the invoice issued on 20th August 2025, a statement was sent out 5 weeks later as a reminder for payment. A following statement was then sent out a further 4 weeks after that, and any un paid accounts would have received a late payment charge a full 10 weeks following the issuing of the invoice on 20th August 2025.
I hope that clarifies the timescale of the matter from the issuing of the invoice to the ultimate issuing of the late payment charge.

Impressive Customer Service by Matthew
I communicated by email with Matthew Barnett, the Regional Manager responsible for the Meadfleet development in which I live. He replied to every email with great consideration and empathy to my concerns and resolved the situation in good time. Despite a small problem, none of which was Matthew's making, it was a contractor who didn't deliver on service, he didn't just leave it there, he followed the enquiry up and brought it to a satisfactory end. I cannot fault the customer service I received by Matthew. Thank you

Big Fan - Meadfleet are excellent on many levels…
I am a house owner and MeadFleet manage the services to the homes where I live in Cirencester. They are just amazing. I have had cause to contact them a number of times and always a quick response, helpful and understanding.
