Business to Business Experience
We cannot review service as a client, only as a business to business trasaction experience. This company ordered goods from ourselves, later understood to have be in error, nevertheless the goods were ordered. Our company also made an error by not cancelling the order in time, leading to the goods being dispatched. An unfortunate error by both parties that could easily have been swiftly, professionally and amicably rectified.
Instead the member of staff involved chose to deal with the matter in an unproffessional and rather vexatious manner, causing a loss to our business. We believe that they may have retained the goods, as they are unable to provide proof that the goods were returned to us, leaving a feeling of dishonest practices.
