I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a new GLE 350 or any Mercedes for that matter. I bought a new GLE 350 last year and have just over 12000 miles and the rear tires are basically wo... Se mere

This is my last Mercedes Benz buy
This is my last Mercedes Benz buy. I own a GLS 450. Went to the Tampa Mercedes Benz to replace all 4 tires. I was in the shop for over 10 hours believe or not. From 7:30am to 6:30pm! I decided to do this due to an upcoming trip. Spoke to the service manager and he could not give me an explanation for the long delay. All from the scheduler to the service director are a bunch on incompetence employees. This includes Tony, Luis, Fernando Muniz (Service Manager) and the director who left around 5pm and who did not even investigate the delay even when the service agent Angelo Ingrassia (perhaps the most straight forward employee) went to speak to him directly. Not even a discount (free oil change) nothing. This dealer has banners all over the place for over a decade of been the Best of the Best. I question the validity of these banners. I am a retired Colonel in the US Army and a war Veteran. I also worked as a district manager for a US Retail Company for 22 years. I used to teach customer service principles and training development. Believe, these people have no personality. They go about their own business. For a Mercedes Benz dealership they are not worth the money you invest in them. You get nothing in return. There is no free anything - not even coffee for customers. They have a small eatery where you pay for coffee and drinks. And they tell you - go the waiting room and have a cup of coffee. I spend over $20 in snacks during my 10-hour wait. Insane. Really horrible experience. This morning I checked the tires. The rims were all greasy and hand stains all over a $90k car. Incredible. Don't waste your time buying a car there. A toyota/gm dealership gives you a better service and better shopping experience.

My 2014 E 350 broke down at 92k miles.
Transmission oil got into radiator. Must be defective when purchased. Regularly serviced at their dealership who told me to call Mbenz USA to split invoice of $13k.
Darrell in customer service replied my call after a week and was very very rude. Had no good explanation. Said sorry it’s bad luck.Never replied my emails. The dealership felt sorry for not getting any help from Mbenz USA.
My experience is very bad with Mercedes…
My experience is very bad with Mercedes I have ordered a 2022 GLE AMG PACKAGE since February and received it in August I used it for 6 days I was driving the car stopped in the middle of the road and did not start I called Mercedes and they towed the carThe car was driven over heat for only 6 days and has 300 miles. The car was in warranty for a month and 25 days, during which they did not contact me about anything or tell me what the problem was. I tried to contact Mercedes us, but they were not cooperating with me, but when I received the car, there was interference in the radio and headphones The car and also when driving the car in some areas the car turns back hard and since that time I do not drive the car because I feel afraid, especially when my children are with me
then I don't want the car since the problem happened but they told me they couldn't do anything
Terrible Service Worse Vehicles
I had a vehicle with an emissions recall. It took them seven months to provide the parts and in the meantime because of the vehicle needed other major repairs. I tried to speak to several different departments which just passed me off in circles. MSB should be ashamed. Horrible vehicles and terrible service.
MBZ Service at WI Simonson
At WI Simonson service, with Tim Hernandez, and all the staff, I had a great experience servicing my vehicle. There was a high level of professionalism from the start to finish. Everyone was courteous and efficient providing me with all the information I needed to make the best decisions in my best interest.
Very clean and pleasant

I purchased a maintenance for my 2017 e 300 which cost me almost $2000. My car was totaled due to flooding in a hurricane last year. I purchase the same exact e300 and tried using the maintenance I purchased again almost $2,000 spent and all Mercedes’ Benz personnel told me I lost my money because the maintenance I purchased can not be transferred to the new car. How is this professional or even fair to a faithful Mercedes’ Benz customer. I will never purchase another Mercedes’ Benz. This is literally stealing money. If this is stealing money then what do you call it?
brand new 2020 amg gtc…
Leased a brand new 2020 amg gtc roadster 2/2021. On the drive home got first error message and noticed busted subwoofer. After that engine lights. Then engine lights again. Then 4 (!!!) simultaneous error messages. Multiple knocking sounds. Overall, $189k car has been in the shop with 10 different issues for about 70 days. Customer service from MBUSA is truly disgusting. Ignoring multiple calls and messages and multiple emails. Asked them multiple times to take car back and they refused. Have to thru lemon process to get rid off this piece of junk. Never offered apology or any sort of mediation for the experience. How in the world they are allowed to sell products they cannot support is beyond me.
No Loyalty to Loyal Customers
I've owned 3 Mercedes and recently own 2, a 2014 C300 and a 2008 SLK350. We have a GMC Terrain and it gets driven the most. The Mercs run great and are like new. They are garage kept. Recently it was discovered that my SLK350 had rust holes in the rear subframe making it unsafe to drive and it will not pass inspection. Research with online Mercedes sites proves that Mercedes often fixed the cars in Europe for free because it is a common problem. My car was built in Stuttgart by the way. I started the customer service process to get my car fixed for free. Today I got a call saying my claim is denied due to the age of car and mileage. Really? Only 105,000 miles. Is a $55K car frame supposed to rust in 12 years. 2 years ago I sold a 1998 Chevy truck my dad left me. It cost $18K and had no rust issues. Mercedes did not even consider my brand loyalty. I will never buy another Mercedes.

Mercedes Sprinter Sucks
Mercedes Sprinter Sucks! Don't be fooled by the "Van Life" people or anyone else for that matter. Google Spinter van exhaust recall. I made the mistake of purchasing this lemon of a vehicle with the worst exhaust problems. It has been in the shop 3-4 times due to exhaust issues and only 1 was a recall. I met other Sprinter owners who didn't realize there was a recall and paid $6,000 to repair. There was a major lawsuit and they settled for millions of dollars which does nothing for you, the Mercedes owner. I thought Mercedes were solid cars. I was dead wrong.
Mercedes-Benz Offered 9%/$900 of $10,000 in suggested repairs
I have had my 2015 C300 W4 since 2018. Here are the facts about my car and experience. I purchased the car at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Long Island, New York. I purchased it at 12,000 miles. As of today, April 4th, 2022, I have a total of 36,000 miles. My warranty had expired in April 2019. On March 9th, my dashboard had a check engine light sign come on in so I took it directly to the Foothill Ranch service center in California. Again, I have had this car since 2018, barely drove or had any miles on it, and always received the A and B service maintenance at a certified Mercedes-Benz dealership. After checking out the engine light, Benz told me I had a positive crankcase valve and needed to replace it. The costs? $1,900. Plus, I had a diagnosis where I would need about $10,000 in repairs. I thought this was absurd being that I did not have any miles on this car or that my car would need such a costly repair plus $10,000 worth of other repairs. I reached out to the customer service team at Mercedes-Benz where I was assisted by a man with the initial S. He came back to me reading off a policy script saying they would only cover 50% of the total repair costs of $1,900... Imagine hearing that Mercedes-Benz wants to cover only 9% of the total costs of repairs my car needs. I reasoned with him letting him know I would cover up to $2,000 of other repairs needed if and only if Benz could cover the replacement crankcase valve. In return, he again reads the same script saying Benz can't do anything else. It was just so disappointing to work with someone who acted as if it was his money that I was asking for. He didn't even empathize or try to advocate for me being that I hadn't even driven this car. Yes, my warranty expired but again, I only had 35,800 miles when I initially brought the car in to check out the engine light.
This experience with "S"really changed my perspective on this company. I am selling my car because I can't believe a brand like Mercedes-Benz couldn't even offer to cover a $1,800 repair out of the $10,000 costs of total repairs I was recommended to fix... Think about that and let it sit with you. This experience has confirmed and affirmed never to buy or support a company where although factually this car has issues and it is a quality issue WITHIN Mercedes-Benz, that you've amounted to a single percentage. It's incredible that I who have made all my payments and paid for all my maintenance services, was told no and that Mercedes cannot offer anything else. Even as a courtesy, nothing was provided. I hope that in the future whoever speaks to anyone or an "S" who works as Executive Referral Manager will note that they won't help you or will only cover a small percentage. I cannot wait to get this car out of my hands and provide my money elsewhere and not to this company. I am looking forward to the day this car is out of my hands, my sight, and no longer affecting my pockets.
Be careful these Mercedes cars are not…
Be careful these Mercedes cars are not built as good as they used to be and the customer service is lousy, I had to change the compressor on my Gle at 53k miles and it cost me $2700.00 contacted the customer service account Manager and filed a complaint they were supposed to call back in 24 to 48 hours never called for 8 days I had to call back multiple times and at the end they denied me any assistance. Definitely I will not buy a Mercedes again, they used to last much longer with no problem and there customer service used to be excellent years ago, it was a very bad experience for me
I have a 2015 S550
I have a 2015 S550, only driven 37000 miles, always kept it in the garage and never driven it in snow or rain day. People call this car the best among the best, but the quality of some part is inferior to a car at a very low price. I have two more cars older than this, but I've never seen BUBBLES appear on the plastic chrome coating on the front grill, this car does. I was very disappointed in this part, and in proportion to the fact that it is the best car, I hope that the quality can be improved even in small parts if possible.
Just buy a Honda
Friend’s C300 broke down because the drive belt shot off, taking out both the AC and the alternator. Mind you, this thing had 12k miles! She bought a Honda Accord 2.0T and it has been rock solid reliable. The C300 was under warranty, but at this point the car had mechanically totaled itself multiple times.
Over the years we have owned several S…
Over the years we have owned several S Class cars, some bought new. The experience we had with those from Mercedes-Benz of Music City Nashville is pathetic, they sold us a car with problems that they were not able to rectify. 6 months after buying this S Class car we came to the conclusion that we will part with this brand. The reason? Ignorance in communication - they do not respond to our emails for weeks! Lack of honesty - the biggest mistake is to pay cash for the car after that they don't care about customers at all! Poor training of technicians - not able to find vibration defects ?! The professional level - low level of directors in managing problems with their clients - send you from one director to another, who is more "smarter" !! Unfortunately, what our friends in Nashville told us about the Mercedes Benz dealer is coming true; They are careless! The good part about all this experience is that after testing the New S Class wanting to buy it and invest in one or two MB Vans we realized that we need to reconsider this move. Execrable Experience, execrable! So just be aware...
I do not recommend their roadside…
I do not recommend their roadside assistance. It took 3 tow trucks to get me to the dealer. First one never showed. 2nd could not find my apt, and could not jump my battery. Finally, got help the next day. Not good enough. I'll be switching brands. It's a "luxury brand" with poor service. Just incredible, and so inconvenient!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. They DO NOT care about the customers. I had to replace my entire engine out of pocket at 60k miles due to a failed component (camshaft adjusters) which was a known issue on their end. They finally issued a recall for the parts about a year after I had to replace my engine. I tried to get reimbursement for the cost of parts and labor for the parts, not even the whole engine. They denied it as I didn't replace just the parts. THE ENGINE FAILED DUE TO THESE PARTS. MB of Sacramento are the ones who scanned the trouble code and told me what the issue was BEFORE they failed. What was I supposed to do? Sit around and wait for them to decide to issue a recall instead of getting it replaced? I reached out to MBUSA and they stated they "trust their mechanics and they have the final say". Sacramento Mercedes stated to contact MBUSA. They keep pushing me back and forth with no assistance. You'd think Mercedes would take care of their customers, especially for the price of their cars!
2018 Mercedes GL 300
We bought a 2018 Mercedes GL 300. The brakes (on all the cars of this model) squeal in moderately cold weather and the dealer refuses to fix the problem. We've had the car into services 5 addtional times for the check engine light. A lemon of a car and terrible Mercedes Service.
