I am not usually inclined to leave company reviews, but my experiences with Mailboxes Etc. Ruislip deserves recognition. I have used their services on several occasions, and each time the customer service has been exceptional. Most recently, earlier this week, I was assisted by Alec, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was outside the scope of the service I had requested. Laiba at Ruislip Mailboxes on…
I went in to Ruislip Mailboxes on Monday 28th July to print some docs from a memory stick. I was served by Laiba who was very polite and kept apologising for the delay - whereas I didn't think things were going slowly! She also confirmed with me which docs I wanted on coloured card and which on white paper.
When I got home I realised I had forgotten one doc, so I went back and Laiba gave me that one free! Thank you!
