I honestly could not recommend Maya Medical enough! I had been researching into getting a rhinoplasty for well over 5 years and it couldn’t have gone any better!

My patient coordinator Burak was incredible, for the months leading up to my arrival he answered all of my questions and was very reassuring!

On my arrival all of our transfers were punctual and very lovely, the hotel was stunning and very comfortable and the staff there very accommodating!

My surgeon, Dr Cemel Haci was brilliant, I was able to address all of my concerns during my consultation and we agreed on a desired result. 30 minutes after my consultation I was being taken down for surgery which was great as I didn’t have too much time waiting around!

Recovery in the Orion Centre hospital was great, the nurses were lovely and everyone spoke pretty good English! My only fault here is the food was all cold so I didn’t eat much during my 1 night stay there however it did not impact my stay with them as we were able to order food to the hospital.

My table pictures from my surgery look amazing, exactly what I was after and I cannot wait for the next few months of healing to continue seeing my final result.

Both my sister and I are 10 days post op after having a Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty with Maya Medical at The Orion Hospital.
Sule and Afra were brilliant prior to our arrival, giving us all the helpful information we needed and always at hand to answer any questions or concerns. They were so helpful being around whilst we had our operation.
The private transfers were luxury, always on time and very helpful.
We had doctor Cemal Haci, he was brilliant. He really delivered the results that we were both wanting. We had deviated septum’s which limited breathing from our noses, and we can finally breathe again.
I am still fairly swollen so I’m excited to see the final result.
All in all, I would highly recommend booking through Maya Medical. I will be booking a Smile Makeover next:)

What an excellent excellent experience I had with the maya medical team with my hair transplant procedure absolutely amazing team really can’t put into words how good they all was so welcoming and friendly 5 star assistance 24 hours a day I would highly recommend for anybody who is thinking of going absolute brilliant from start to finish.

I just want to start by saying I’m amazed by quality of service I have received during my stay in Istanbul Turkey for my surgery. Everyone that was involved gave me the highest quality of care.

Maya medical make sure to keep your health and wellbeing the highest priority. As soon as I was worried or had a problem they were one text away and got it sorted then and there. It truly shows they don’t care about money like other companies they care for the patients, this showed especially when i decided to leave early and they refunded me the money for the hotel for the days I wasn’t there this was completely off their own back without me asking.

I especially want to highlight a few people involved in my care I want to firstly start with burak he was outstanding 10/10 experience he was so attentive and went above and beyond the whole time I was there. I also want mention sule she was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know as well as additional information. My doctor erkan yuce has done a great job and i definitely recommend him as your surgeon if your looking to have a breast surgery

Overall the experience was 5 star and I would recommend to anyone who is debating having surgery this is definitely the place to go.

From the start of my journey, right from the morning of my flight, maya clinic kept in contact with me through the whole process.Not at any point did I feel worried or unsure.
The hotel Lionel was beautiful, clean,tidy and lovely staff.
On the day of my surgery I was guided all the way..from the taxi to the hotel and on my arrival to the Orion hospital.
Hospital was busy however,I was dealt with in less than 5 minutes and shown to my hospital room.
All nurse, consultants and staff were amazing.Most spoke English which made me feel at ease.I met the consultant, anaesthetist and nurses prior to surgery to ensure all documentation and checks were done.
I waited less that 1 hour for my surgery.
Surgery went amazing and after care was also amazing.i was able to discuss all my aftercare and any questions I had prior to discharge and at that point given the necessary medication to carry on in the uk.
It was worth every penny.
I am now in the uk 7 days post op and so happy with my results.

Overall, Orion was a brilliant 5 star experience delivering high quality care that works alongside uk standards.

I traveled from the UK to have an uplift and implants with Dr. Erkan through maya medical. The whole process was so smooth. From the day we landed to the whole surgery process and even down to the transfers. The communication from the team was on point, they were so reassuring, it definitely made me more comfortable and relaxed. They answered any questions I had, before and after surgery.

If I can give Maýa medical a 100/100, I certainly would! I traveled all the way to Maýa Medical to get a breast reduction and lift, and it was one of the best decisions ever. Many people are skeptical of traveling outside the US for a cosmetic procedure, but trust me when I say this clinic will have you change your mind. From the initial inquiry to booking my appointment to arrival, then the procedure until departure, everything went exceptionally well with professionalism and expertise. My procedure was seamless with minimum pain, and nurses were available around the clock to provide good bedside care. All I can say is that you will not regret it if you consider DO IT.

I had a breast reduction with Maya Medical and it was a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, everything was organised for us with the hotel and transfers so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Hazar and Şule were so helpful and friendly and made me feel so at ease. If I had any questions, no matter what time or how many then Hazar always responded to my message within minutes. Gülsüm was so helpful as well when she came to check in with me at the hotel and change my bandages. Overall a great experience and I am so happy with the results!

I had an amazing experience with Maya Medical, from the moment of my first enquiry and speaking with Dilara, to her setting up a consultation with the surgeon. Even then I wasn’t sure but after a few weeks, I came back and Dilara set another consultation for my reassurance and I booked in for my Rhinoplasty which I’ve been wanting for 11 years. The nurse messaged me 3 weeks before my departure and my patient coordinator Hazar also messaged a week before with a list of essentials to bring. The surgeon was very lovely and gave me the perfect nose. The healing process left me with the smallest amount of bruising which was skin toned and not noticeable only under a phones flash light.
