I booked my operation with Maya Medical after seeing results of my two friends. Booking was made easy via Whatsapp with all my questions being answered in a timely fashion. My surgery was booked around dates convenient to me. Everything is taken care of from airport transfers, English speaking co-ordinator, hotels and amazing after care. All the staff are very professional helpful and very friendly.

Thank you to Yagmur, our English speaking co-ordinator who helped with transfers and all the paperwork. Thank you to Dr Horoz, for giving me a tiny waist. Thank you to Marva, hospital nurse, who constantly checked up on me and had me up and walking. And a BIG thank you to Havva, the aftercare nurse, who made me feel like a human again with her MLD massages. Havva has continued to check up on me offering valuable post op advice.

The whole experience from start to finish has been incredible and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about starting their surgery journey

A few months ago I messaged Maya Medical Solutions about reduction and uplift surgery. They were friendly, helpful and didn't pressure me at all. They answered all my questions and got me in contact with my surgeon (Dr Horoz) so i could discuss the surgery beforehand via WhatsApp Video. I gave them my preferred dates and they sorted everything (hotel, transfers ect)! All I had to do was book my flights.
On arrival to Istanbul, we (me and my mum) was met by a young man who escorted us to our transfer which took us to the hotel (a lovely 5* Hilton).
The following morning my patient Co-ordinator Seda met us in the lobby and escorted us to the hospital via private transfer.
The hospital was lovely, clean. Staff were great and the nurses were so attentive! My hospital room was huge and absolutely stunning, 2 bathrooms, a tele, and a pull out sofa bed for my mum. There was a language barrier between us and the nurses but Seda was able to help with this.
Dr Horoz arrived to do my pre-op markings and I met with the anaesthetist for a pre-op discussion.
While I was having my op, Seda went out with my mum to exchange money as my mum didn’t know where to go, Seda was fantastic and couldn’t of been more attentive and helpful.
Dr Horoz done an amazing job, I’m only 3 weeks post-Op but the results so far are great!
After the surgery I had a bit of a shaking fit due to the anaesthetic which is normal as my body was still coming around. At the time, my mum was a bit panicked but the nurses were great and reassured her. After a few hours, one nurse helped me out of bed and took me for a walk around the floor, she was very patient with me.
The following day my nurse (Havva) came and escorted us back to the hotel where she changed my dressings. When i came around from the anaesthetic, i bit my lip and had a massive lump, Havva sorted out some oral gel from the pharmacy and had it delivered to the hotel the next morning. She came back the following day with Seda to help me shower ect. She was absolutely fantastic, caring and gentle! I suffer quite bad from anxiety and was having a bit of ‘moment’ one morning and messaged her, she replied very quickly and reassured me which made me feel better. A few days later, Havva picked us up and took us to the hairdressers in the town and we had a coffee before going to see Dr Horoz for my final check up.
When I arrived home, Havva messaged me on WhatsApp to check that i was okay and has been in contact every few days ever since. I send photos every few days and she advises me on the progress. I was sent home with a second set of antibiotics which after about a week Havva asked me to start as there was a slight reaction in one area of my scar, which worked. I cant praise Havva enough for her help and advice. Even now if i have any concerns or questions, she is only a message away and always responds promptly.
Overall, I would 1000% recommend Maya Medical Solutions! An amazing, patient centred, friendly service.

I had lipo 360 performed by Dr Koray exactly three weeks ago, that I couldn’t be more happy for my decision.

No only because the results overtake my expectations but as well ( as I traveled alone) their service made my experience so much pleasurable.

Before I traveled or even booked my flights I was already impressed by Dilara, she was always kind, quick and effective answering my doubts and questions.

Once I arrived I was introduced to Havva (my nurse) and Yagmur (my coordinator) they both lovely and extremely professional. They guide me and made me feel comfortable as everything new that happened they was always there.

My first days post op went better than I imagined what I need to thank Havva 💕in reality they were days that I was vulnerable and she was not only professional but extremely human, that I am very grateful for and changed completely my experience. I felt secure and not alone at any moment since she and Yagmur were around and replying at my out of hours texts. I wouldn’t change my experience!! Extremely grateful that I had them taking care of me.

I have to say that even though I had a good experience, a company will make your experience easier. In opposition with the reviews I read before I traveled, I had nothing but good energy from the nurses at the hospital, and I really felt cared for. I will suggest you to be kind and that is what you will get in return and even though it wasn’t a perfect English we could clearly communicate (from the majority that I dealt with)

I’ve wanted a breast uplift since I gave birth 5 years ago as I was depressed and disgusted of the way my breast looked however I was too scared to do it but I found maya medical solution and started talking to Seda , a lovely young woman who was amazing and super lovely and I just felt like this was the place and the time to do my surgery
Seda was super kind and lovely and answered all of my questions!!

I’ve had my operation with Dr Mehmet, I’ve got no words to describe this man and the amazing work he has done on my breasts! My confidence went from 10% to 100000% , I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life!! He isn’t just an amazing doctor he’s also a wonderful man

And last but not least my wonderful nurse Havva!! She’s been more than amazing, she’s been there whenever I needed her and helped me though every step after the operation!!

So if you’re looking for a place to get your breasts done maya is the place !! And I say this from the bottom of my heart!!

I had Rhinoplasty done by Dr Ozdemir the end of June just gone. This was my second time having a procedure done with Maya Medical . I have to start by saying that Dilara, Havva and Seda are the backbone of this company. They genuinely care for patients.  These three went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every single step of the way !I genuinely never felt alone, even though I went on my own.  Havva is still there to answer any queries I have and always puts my mind at ease. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! See you in my fifties for my face-lift!!! 🤣😜

My experience with Maya Medical has been excellent so far. I travelled from UK to have a tummy tuck and 360 vaser liposuction end of August with Dr Ugur Horoz. I cannot fault it from day one, the transfer, hospital stay and hotel stay was well organised. The aftercare with nurse Havva was excellent and I would definitely recommend the post surgery massages. For anyone thinking about doing their surgery with Maya Medical, I’ll say go for it. They are excellent.

I recently received surgery from Maya Medical and wanted to share my wonderful experience.

For a long time I've wanted gynaecomastia surgery on my chest to reduce the size and remove the glands,

I've recently been living in Australia and was quoted around £5,500 so I decided to wait till I got back home to London to look into the cost, I was then quoted £6,500 for the surgery in London.

I was advised that a high number of British people now go to Turkey so I thought I'd look into this last option before deciding,

I came across Maya Medical in a Google search and was very impressed, I've got a background in IT so researched the hell out of them as it's a massive risk I felt to go aboard, I couldn't find any negative feedback,

My experience dealing with every employee which amazing, constant communication and they even suggested to maybe do exercise before such a big commitment which shows they ain't just money grabbing.

My doctor was Dr Horoz and was perfect from start to finish,

The team have constantly stayed in touch, answered all my questions, hotel transfers, stayed in a top of the range Hilton hotel, been given all the medicine and cream needed, the surgery and hospital experience was perfect, clean and regularly checked up on by the nurses,

I even got to check out Istanbul as my recovery went that well and only had to spend 5 nights in total in Turkey,

The recover is going as well as excepted and super happy with my results.

For the price I paid, experience and results I can't recommend Maya Medical highly enough and was cheaper than my other two quotes so massively surprised.

I have had surgery twice with Maya, once in 2019 BBL and last month (10th Aug rhinoplasty and breast uplift). I arrived in Istanbul on the 9th (I travelled alone) and had surgery on the 10th. The Maya staff in general are great really helpful, I was in contact with both Seda and Havva and both were lovely. Havva the nurse is amazing, she helped me to shower as soon as I was allowed too, she took me to the hairdressers to get my hair washed when I was back at the hotel and took me out for lunch and drove me to and from the hospital for my check ups. She messaged or rang every day to check on me and she still messages every few days now 5 weeks on. Anyone worried about aftercare should not be concerned. My stitches under the boob one side have taken a bit longer to heal, I left with another course of antibiotics (they give you one as standard after surgery) antibiotic cream and lots of post surgery information. As soon as I asked advice on the stitches I was advised to start the other antibiotics and I was sent a link for another cream to buy which has worked really quickly and everything has settled. My results are amazing, Koray Kir was my surgeon, I love my nose and I love my boobs! I will be returning for more surgery with Maya next year. The only negatives I can give, which is more about the hospital, is that the food is bad (but you can order from the cafe downstairs and there is also a Starbucks) and the language barrier with the hospital staff can be hard. (Both of which are to be expected). If I had any issues with things such as asking for pain relief I messaged Havva and she sorted it out.
I would 100% recommend.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction with Maya medical and they exceeded my expectation! Dilara helped me organise the surgery dates, flights etc I was extremely nervous going overseas for surgery but she instantly made me feel confident. She answered all my questions and more !Seda was my coordinator, she was so helpful and guided me every step on the way! She came to pick me up the day of surgery , came with me to the hospital and appointments, came to visit me at the hotel and messaged me regularly to check on me . I don’t know how I could have done it without her ! Thank you Seda ! Dr Ugur Horoz did my surgery and he did such an amazing job. I am so happy with the results. I could not thank him enough. I had a good experience at the hospital stay. The nurses do not speak English very much but we still managed to communicate! They were attentive and made sure I was ok! They took very good care of me post surgery (the 2 days post op are the worst but thank YOU to the whole hospital team , day and night nurses are AMAZING). Now not to forget Havva, the wonderful maya medical nurse who did my post op follow up. She is very knowledgeable and gave me the best advice for my post op care.
Everything is organised and arranged for you at Maya Medical. You just have to focus on you and your recovery. I had a few difficult days (pain wise, after all it is surgery and you need to be prepared mentally for it ) but the Maya medical team helps and supports you to the best possible way.

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul, to have an breast uplift with implants, with Maya Medical Solutions. I am a 21 year old female and I travelled alone. My first point of contact with Maya was with Dilara, who is an absolute angel! She was very helpful from the beginning and answered any questions I had! Dilara is very polite and always goes the extra mile. When I arrived in Istanbul my transfers were ready to transport me from the airport to the hotel. The following morning I met my patient coordinator Yagmur. Yagmur was absolutely amazing, she is so friendly and a great person to have a conversation with. Her English is amazing, and she is also very stylish and beautiful. Yagmur travelled with me in the private transport to the hospital where I met my surgeon. Dr Ugur Horoz, who I have already wrote an in-depth review about, he is an extremely professional and caring man. The hospital was clean, and the staff were also lovely friendly women, they checked up on me regularly and always helped me with whatever I needed. They’re was a slight language barrier however we used Google translate to overcome this! The day after my surgery I met my nurse Havva, who again is an caring and beautiful lady who speaks amazing English. Havva transported me back to the hotel and helped me settled in. The following day Havva came back in the morning to check my vitals and change the dressings on my breast incisions, Yagmur also visited me this day to check that I was well. The day before my flight I went with Yagmur to visit Dr. Horoz for a final check before I came back home and once again everyone was so professional and helpful. Ultimately my experience with Maya medical has been superb, the staff are beyond amazing, and the accommodation I stayed in was absolutely beautiful!! To this day Dilara, Yagmur and Havva are still checking up on me I cannot commend them enough! If you are travelling to Turkey for surgery please consider Maya medical, they go above and beyond with customer service and keeping you safe,happy and well! Dr Kiroy Kir was my surgeon he has magic in his hands.
He was so professional from start to finished. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and he listened. He also came and check in on me a few times after surgery. I highly recommend Dr Kiroy Kir.

At the hotel my Nurse Havva visited me every day sometimes twice a day.
She drained my lymph nodes everyday after my draines came off, not only did she do that, she also help me to have a shower and get dressed. She has magic in those hands.
Havva made the whole surgery situation easy and less painful.

I’ve never met anyone with so much love, dedication, commitment, joy, passion (I could go on) for their job like Havva has. She has truly been a blessing to me and to Maya Medical. Not only does she care for her patients she goes above and beyond for them.

I was afraid to go over a bridge because I’m afraid of heights and she offered to take me in her car.

She is the kindest, most caring and act a bit innocent but she ain’t. (In a good way). I do hope that Maya medical realises what a professional and a asset they have in her.

At first I was slightly scared and nervous for booking a surgery over the phone and also in a different country but from reading other reviews and also speaking to other women who had used Maya, it made my mind clear of which company I was going to use. Firstly, speaking to Dilara, who was my first form of contact. What a lovely, warm welcoming lady she is! So helpful and always helping to answer any questions or concerns. Giving the surgery plan, cost and travel in detail, which helped me a lot with reassurance that I was in safe hands.

When I arrived in Istanbul, I came with my boyfriend who was also treated with 5* treatment. We was taken to the hotel and the next day met at reception by Seda who stayed with me until we got to the hospital and visited me many times after the surgery. Seda was constantly checking If I was ok, and also if I needed anything, she was overly caring which I can’t thank her enough for! She also helped with extra garments and anything to help with the surgery or extra pain killers which come in very handy!

My surgeon who was Mr Mehmet Koksal, when I first met the doctor he was very professional and listened to what I wanted. I felt safe and I trusted him with the procedure and I’m so happy that I did. Not only am I only 7 weeks post op but I can already see a huge difference and I am happy! I had a breast uplift with implants, a tummy tuck and a bbl.

After the surgery I was taken back to the hopsital, the staff at the hospital was kind and treated me well. And also looked after my boyfriend also. Seda constantly checked up with me and also the surgeon and the surgeons nurse. Checking my incisions and making sure everything was good. I felt a-lot at ease constantly being checked.

When returning to the hotel, I met my nurse Havva who I must say, has magic hands! I was very swollen and when I first started the massages, a lot of fluid come out of me. By the end of the massages, I felt 10x times better, I can walk, I can move. Honestly Havva is absolutely amazing, and she defiantly does not get enough credit for her job. She went above and beyond for helping me with my massages and treatments for my scars.

The first bit of advice I would give is, if you can, stay for an extra week. I stayed for an extra week, which helped a lot. Especially because I was swollen and had a lot of fluid and Havva helped me with the extra massages which helped me to get rid of alot of fluid and swelling.

Also, I never really believed anyone when they said the pain is bad. It’s awful!! but by day 4, 5 it gets much easier.

I would like to thank the ladies at Maya again for all your help. I highly recommend this company they have been phenomenal!

I enquired about a breast lift in February and the lady who I initially spoke to was very helpful, after getting a date confirmed for March I booked my flights, they picked me up from the airport with a private transfer and took me to the Hilton

The day of the surgery they get you up early to have your bloods done at the hospital, when the surgeon arrives it’s a quick process as the patient co-ordinator is fluent in English and explains the whole process, you can however ask the surgeon questions etc

After the surgery I woke up and my throat was hurting from the tubes but other than feeling dizzy I only needed paracetamol for the pain.

The patient co-ordinator then picks you up and takes you to the hotel

The hotel is stunning and so cheap for food and drinks, I spent less than £100 on room service for 5 days that was ordering twice a day along with lovely meals and fresh fruit

Hava the nurse visited me everyday helping me shower and assisted where needed.

I would say the pain was moderate more uncomfortable as the garments are very right after surgery

I’m 5 months post op and I’m so happy with my new boobs, only regret is I wish I would have done it sooner

Sensation to my nipples came back after around 4 months.

Scars are gradually fading but I undertake they take up to 2 years so I’m going to have micro needling in a few months

I’m booked to have a tummy tuck in a few months with the same surgeon.

My first time travelling alone but the girls at Maya made sure I was never by myself! The minute you get off the plane your transport is waiting for you and your told before hand who to look out for. The surgeon made everything clear and his work is fantastic. The nurses visit you every single day and are available 24/7 with anything you may need or to answer any questions. Havva and Seda made sure you were happy, they also took the time to take us out to explore the city buying us food, cheesecakes and drinks. The whole experience from start to finish is all positive! Even once home the nurses continue to monitor your progress and are still a message away with any help you may need. Will 100% return with Maya the aftercare is incredible.

Wow amazing company! Where to the start?! the process with Maya medical has been unreal. I am post 2 weeks 360 lipo the results so far are amazing and I can’t wait till the final result. The amazing nurses were wonderful, Havva and Merve were so lovely and made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time post surgery. Lovely Dilara answered all my questions via WhatsApp and not once did she complain at me asking too many questions! Yagmur was lovely so helpful and took me and my mum to the hospital and stayed with me right up until the surgery. I would recommend anyone getting lipo 360 or any other surgery that needs lympathic drainage massages to stay an extra week and get these done by Havva because you won’t find someone like Havva here in the UK! If I knew I would have stayed as long as it took and got all my massages done by Havva. After several children (and struggling to lose my pregnancy weight despite various diets) I finally decided to go for a mommy makeover (breast lift, augmentation, tummy tuck + vaser liposuction).

There are quite a few organisations around Turkey (some with good reviews, others not so good), my husband I looked into quite a few but I am so glad we decided to go with Maya Solutions.

From start to finish, Maya have provided a great experience. We found all the staff to be very friendly and informative. It was also very helpful that all the staff (including my amazing surgeon Dr Mehmet Koksal) spoke very good English (which is essential for a non Turkish speaker to understand the process and help feel at ease). Even a month after my surgery (now back in UK) I still am in regular contact with my amazing nurse (Havva) who is continuing to support me during my recovery period and is available 24/7. Havva also visited me daily post surgery at my hotel and ensured I always had the right medicine. Post surgery can always be difficult, but having the amazing care by Havva, really helped lift my spirits and made me feel human again.

I am also grateful to Dilara for answering all my initial questions and helping to arrange all of this (her information and non forceful sales manner is probably the main reason we decided to go with Maya). I am also grateful to Seda for helping us get settled in the hospital (as well as ensuring the hospital staff provided bedding for my husband).

A month on from my surgery the results are looking great and I still feel really supported by the Maya team (despite being a ocean away).

I didnt know what to expect at the begging and it was my first time going under surgery. I did Breast augmentation and everything happened very quick and i am very happy amazing experience everyone were so kind. I am only 2 weeks post surgery and there has no been any complications and i am healing very well. Overall everything 10/10 Thank you so much

It’s been 10 weeks since my breast surgery can’t recommend maya medical enough I’m absolutely in love with my new breast :) the whole experience with maya medical was amazing ,very caring team . I want it breast surgery for very long time but honestly I was to worried and scared to have my surgery in Turkey but only thing I regret is I didn’t do it earlier it was my best decision I’ve made. ( dilar ) was verry helpful and answered me any questions I had can’t thank her enough For her help and support And big thank you to dr Mehmet who did my procedure he is lovely and kind man .
Nurse Havva was there for me and still is 24/7 always insuring everything is okay I can’t thank her enough I’m extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend it to everyone .

What I didn’t know about liposuction is that is a 6 months journey that start with the surgery. I just completed my path and I can say I am really happy with the results, this decision changed in such positive way my life and I am glad I made it.
Wasn’t easy considering the amount of areas I had surgery on and considering also I faced this totally alone.
My advise for whoever wants to have the same type surgery is to bring someone with you if possible. You don’t really need a physical help but mainly as moral support.
In my experience the pain of the surgery was totally manageable, I suffered for other issues. Also, take as maximum massages as you can after the surgery. This is essential for the recovery and more you do faster you will recover. Are painful, at least for me, but necessary to achieve the best from this experience.
My thanks to the doctor Mehmet my surgeon, my coordinator Seda and the amazing nurse Havva for the wonderful work did with me. A special thanks also to the hospital nurse Elif, my blond angel, I could not imagine my first 2 days after the surgery without your caring.
Every positive experience can always be better, in my case the worst part of it was the attitude of some nurses in the second room I was in. I was a patient but also a client and for this reason I would expect much more positive attitude however I don’t want that the bad behavior of few ruin the positive work of all the medical staff.
My feedback is overall extremely positive and my negative comments about some nurses work should be intended only as further step to improve a really good service.
