After entering my Apple Watch information I knew immediately what my MAXBACK offer was which I felt was very reasonable. I waited until I received my new Apple Watch before sending in the one I was selling to MAXBACK. The clock was ticking on the 30 day offer but fortunately my new watch arrived in time and I boxed up and mailed the watch in the next day. It took six days from mailing the watch until MAXBACK received it and confirmed the offer. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy.

Never used Maxback before so was a little nervous. Payment was as stated and very timely. Would use again in future.

I have used MaxBack now since 2011 to do exchanges. They have ALWAYS been fair on their pricing and extremely quick to get you paid via PayPal. I had one time that they said the equipment wasn’t to the standard I thought, offered to send it back to me if I didn’t like the revised amount. I was still happy with the result. I will continue to use them in the future. As long as you follow the instructions to reset your phone, it’s a very easy easy easy process!

I sent my Apple Watch 4 with a couple of bands. I thought the watch was in perfect condition but I did not scrutinize it. They received it and found it to be in fair condition. They provided photos of the watch under bright lights and sure enough there were scratches. They offered me $84 and I accepted that. The check arrived in the time they told me. It was easy and I am happy. I would definitely use them again!

Really appreciated their attentive customer service. I had an issue regarding valuation due to the condition of my iPhone and they were immediately responsive (no frustrating automated phone trees) and very professional to deal with. That doesn't happen much these days and is very much appreciated! I would use them again to be sure, and intend to do so.

Pricing is good but not consistent. They say 14 business days to get your check and they mean it. I will use them again but I do compare against other sites.

I have used MaxBack several times to sell my used cellular phone. I have found them to be fair, honest, and quick to provide payment. I will use them again in the future.

They should be more descriptive in their condition definitions. I selected “good” as it met that requirement when cleaned and to the naked eye. Apparently, it wasn’t good enough under magnification and special lighting. It didn’t even look like my phone anymore. This greatly impacted the cash received as the dollar difference between good and fair was significant. They no longer were the highest paying vendor. I would have went and traded my phone back to the store for a higher rate than what I received but the hassle to get it back was not worth the effort. I won’t use them again.

I was a little skeptical about using this service but after reading reviews, I decided to give it a try. This was a painless procedure and they deposited my money fast. I'll use this service again!
