The air conditioning was not enough, and we were sweating throughout the helicopter ride. It was extremely uncomfortable. You should clearly inform customers about this before they book, as it significantly affects the overall experience. If we had known how hot it would be inside the helicopter, we would have reconsidered booking this tour.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable during your flight.
Helicopters can become quite warm on the ground, particularly during the summer months in Southern Nevada. While our aircraft are equipped with ventilation and cooling systems, they are not able to provide the same level of air conditioning as a car or building, especially before takeoff or during periods of intense desert heat.
We appreciate your suggestion regarding better communication before booking and will share your feedback with our team as we continually evaluate how we prepare guests for their tour experience.
Thank you again for your review, and we appreciate you choosing to fly with us.

I understand more butts in the seats means more money for them. But, they should take less folks up at a time for a better view. Not very good if you are stuck in the middle seats. Pilot was amazing and it was fun. Just expected better for the price.

Our pilots do their best to rotate guests on landing tours so everyone can experience front seats, however it is not always possible as helicopters are sensitive to weight and balance. This is a safety issue, and our top priority. Thank you for your honest feedback.

Today we had an amazing helicopter flight from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. It was absolutely breathtaking and an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny. Our pilot, Kinsie, was incredibly friendly, professional, and customer-focused. She flew the helicopter perfectly and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire flight. Thank you, Kinsie, for this incredible experience! Greetings from the Netherlands! 🇳🇱

Intermediate stop made the trip. being able to view canyon level and perspective was great. While the trip was all great and would do it again, it did push our budgetary limits.

Well organised trip. Good pilot/tour guide - very knowlegeable and felt well looked after. Our trip was to the Grand Canyon, and would have liked to have actually travelled through the Canyon for a longer distance to feel like we had seen more of it.

We appreciate your honest feedback and understand your desire to see more of the canyon, Peter. We fly strict routes as there are several operators that fly within the canyon, so this becomes a safety issue and our top priority. Thank you for choosing Maverick Helicopters.
