Thank you! 🚁👍
Even the ride was only 6 minutes and we timed it. It's only 10 minutes including the time for take off. The pilot did not keep his words. He said we have options to take pictures post the flight. But did not see the camera person after the flight. We had to take pictures ourselves in mobile in that dark air strip. The pilot was also rude post flight

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
Because our tours depart every 30 minutes, we do follow a carefully coordinated schedule to ensure all guests are able to fly at their reserved time. While this means our pre-flight process is efficient, our goal is never to make our guests feel rushed.
We do take a complimentary pre-flight photo of every group with our camera, which is available for purchase after the tour, and our staff is always happy to help take additional photos with guests' personal phones whenever time and operations allow. We understand that capturing memories is an important part of the experience.
We do offer private and custom charters where we can create a flight and experience with more time. Feel free to contact our charter department for more details.
We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team as we continually look for ways to improve the guest experience while maintaining safe and timely operations. Thank you for choosing to fly with us, and we hope you'll consider visiting us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is for every guest to feel welcomed, unrushed, and able to fully enjoy their flight.
We apologize that you felt the flight was rushed, that the tour audio was not completed as expected, and that you didn't have the opportunity to take photos afterward as you were told you would. We understand how disappointing that must have been.
We take feedback like yours seriously and will address your comments with our team to ensure we provide the attentive, enjoyable experience our guests expect. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the experience you were looking forward to.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the Vegas View flight. Due to the airspace traffic we do not allow our pilots to converse and narrate on the Vegas View flight. We require our pilots to focus on flying the aircraft as safety is our number one priority. As for the seating arrangements, we avoid seating passengers in the rear right seat as much as possible to give all passengers a better view. Sometimes this requires splitting up a party. Maverick does also offer private flights for maximum views and custom seating options.
Love Maverick Helicopters but didn't love my last flight in the excessive winds. Flight should have been canceled. Other than that, I have enjoyed every flight I've taken in the past with Maverick Helicopters..

Our Chief Pilot constantly monitors the weather to determine whether it is safe to fly. Bumps and turbulence do happen from time to time, especially when it is hot outside. We appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you.

Thanks, Charlie. We appreciate you!
We had a wonderful experience with Maverick Helicopters from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Our pilot, Jace, was informative, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the flight. He shared interesting information along the way, which made the experience even more memorable. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and we will absolutely book with Maverick Helicopters again the next time we visit Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

The reception staff are extremely arrogant! They act as if they are doing you a favor rather than providing a service. They need training or should be replaced by people who are actually willing to interact with people. I take 10 to 16 of my clients on this tour every year, but I will be looking for other options for future trips.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and the frustration it caused.
We understand how confusing and inconvenient the situation must have been regarding the virtual card. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and a smooth check-in process, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. We also apologize for the way the interaction was handled—this is not the level of service we aim to deliver to any of our guests, especially valued returning clients like yourself.
Your comments regarding both the payment process and staff communication have been shared with our team so we can address the gaps in training and ensure clearer policies moving forward.
We truly appreciate your continued support over the years and are very sorry this experience has led you to reconsider flying with us. If you’re open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and work toward restoring your confidence in our service.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
