Amazing watch. Looks far more expensive than it is, choice of a very nicely made bracelet and a rubber/silicon strap colour matched to the face with all the necessary tools to swap and adjust straps.... Se mere

Great Watch and great customer service
I ordered my watch and it arrived quickly and I was surprised how good a quality and how great it looked, the strap I ordered was not available, so a selection was sent.
Great watch for the money and great customer service.
Will be buying again.

good quality + slow delivery
The watch itself is good quality and looks great. However, the delivery was much slower than advertised, and emails were ignored when I tried to get updates. Next-day delivery was promised but not provided. Overall, good product, disappointing service.

Hi David. i am very sorry that you feel let down by our service. We were closed over Christmas which should have been better advertised. We then experienced courier issues which have now been resolved. I am very happy that you love your new watch and hope that any negativities won't dissuade you in purchasing from us in the future
Shocking customer service
I ordered a watch for New year's eve
With next day delivery, I waited kn the whole next day , no watch. No tracking and customer service closed in-between Christmas and new year , I emailed them and I just received a response that they were closed untill Monday 5th Jan .
The watch eventually was delivered 2 weeks late .
When I have complained and pointed out that there should be a notification that delivery at this time wont be next day but in the new year , also that I find it odd that a retail company closes at the busiest time of year when they have a sale on .
Ive received no compensation what so ever.

Hi Michelle. I hope that you are now happy with your watch and the service that you have been provided. I understand how frustrating it was to have the delays but glad that we managed to reach a solution.
I would have given 5 stars
I would have given 5 stars, had they not been let down by appalling courier service.
I was told on 3 separate occasions that my orders were out for delivery only to told they had been delayed.
But after speaking to customer service i believe this was was down to UPS and not MJ.

Thank you for your review Alan. Yes it was down to a courier issue with your order but so glad you received them in time. Usually orders are delivered next working day but delays have happened on this occasion. we have resolved issues now and looking at other options for the future
parcel stolen from outside door where ups dumped it
sadly UPS dumped parcel near front door (even thou have secure places to leave parcels and notice on door stating use parcel box) they took photo of item near door - it wasn't there when i got home from work a few hours later > i accept that this has nothing to do with seller but its annoying ass was a gift for someone else - PayPal refunded me quickly > i had purchased some watches before with no issues as i was home when they came / how leaving a parcel next to front door is safe my mind boggles

Hi Brett. I am very sorry that this has happened to you. i have checked and cannot find any email from you stating this and so i haven't been able to sort anything out. I can certainly relay this information to our couriers and so a claim can be made and a replacement sent out to you. The way it has been delivered is not acceptable and so we would like to get this rectified
A few planning and logistical issues…
A few planning and logistical issues with Christmas sale that I hope shall not be repeated.
Product is beautifully packaged and looks great. I cannot give a long term performance review.
After reply. Thank you for taking the tie to respond. I hope the issues of the sale both in-house and with couriers will help for better planning and a good learning experience for a new company/brand.
Both my partner and I have chosen to purchase from you again.

Hi Philip. i am very sorry about the experience that you have received. Usually this is a very smooth, quick and easy process but we were overloaded from the sale, closed and had courier issues. All now have been resolved and we look forward to 100% satisfaction in 2026
Luminex sunset yellow
Took a chance in a nice looking watch, at a reduced price and what was delivered was to me an absolutely excellent purchase. Delivery, considering the time of year was great and the watch itself could easily have cost a great deal more. Supplied with two straps and tools to adjust/ switch. An automatic watch with date window for this price is a steal

Hi Lee. I am very sorry that your order was delivered later than expected. We were closed over the Christmas period and i understand that this wasn't communicated clearly enough. On top of this, we have had some courier issues which have delayed things further. We are now back on track and things should run more smoothly going forward

Brilliant…brilliant, brilliant!
I have owned Tutor, Tag and Brietling watches. The Maughan Jones watches are brilliant, feel and look great! I’m really glad I bought 4 different versions! I purchased on 29th Dec and arrived around 9am today - personally I thought this was a good timescale given shop closures over the holiday. I did email customer service to check delivery who were absolutely superb and quick to respond. Massive thank you for 4 great watches and a quality service.

Customer service is terrible, avoid!
Customer service is terrible. I've emailed several times about a fault with one of their items and have been completely ignored. Try calling them and you just get sent to answer phone, noone calls back, it really is a stressful experience trying to speak to anyone. I really wish I'd never bought a product from them, I feel really let down by Maughan Jones.

As you are now aware, we were closed over Christmas and the notification did not appear on the website. i really hope that this does not put you off of our company as things usually run very smoothly and efficiently as you can see from all of our past reviews

I am very sorry for your order not arriving. We have experienced an unprecedented volume of orders and emails over the Christmas period, that we are currently working through. On top of that, we have had issues with the couriers which has just been rectified. If you ordered from 23rd to 2nd Jan, our offices were closed and out of office response should have been received. i am sorry for any confusion and hope that once your watch arrives, you will be very happy
