The product delivered was not as described. It was half the number of pocket springs and clearly a fat inferior quality in terms of materials etc. It appears to be a counterfeit product as I ordered a mattress the same model as my current mattress and the product delivered is nothing like the genuine one.

After raising this I've not heard back after a week. No customer service. Avoid

Prompt delivery with regular updates. Mattress arrived as described. Called when on route with an approx arrival time and again when they arrived. Thank you.

THANKFULLY GOT MY REFUND FROM PAYPAL. NOW THEY WANT TO COLLECT THE MATTRESS AND I ADVISED THEM I HAVE COVID AND AM ISOLATING AND I WAS THREATENED OF LEGAL ACTION!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOT EVERYTHING IS CHEAP AND RUDE STAFF. OPENED A DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL AND WON THE CASE STRAIGHT AWAY !!! AVOID !!!!

Just want to leave a review for mattresstime ,after searching for day for my perfect mattress and being told that a 3ft 6 is an odd size so will have to be made special at a high cost found this company ,read reviews which didn't sound to good and was very off putting ,but went ahead with order for there Ruby mattress which they said they had in stock when nobody else had that size ,came in 2 days ,Wow what a mattress superb ,thank you so much guys slept on it last night ,best mattress iv ever had fitted my antique four poster like a dream ,what a mattress for the money worth every penny ,can't recommend enough, take no notice of these bad reviews as in my experience they are prompt ,polite on the phone, a fantastic company ,would highly recommend to everyone ,many thanks guys,your doing a great service ,Joy Bebb.

Placed my order on an easy to use website and emailed customer support for a delivery date. Rebecca got back to me straight away and my order was delivered without a problem. I on the other hand made a daft mistake and ordered the wrong size mattress. I emailed customer service and once gain Rebecca sorted out the problem and a new mattress was shipped to me the next day. I have found the company to be professional and fair with excellent customer service.

This is a very nice mattress, comfortable, supportive and a very good price. The delivery was extremely quick and on time. I've had this nearly a year now and it feels like its still new.

My whole experience with them was awful. I ordered a middle of the range mattress and it was dragged from the van and dumped in my garage. I checked it over as the outer plastic protective cover was ripped, to find the mattress was stained and holes in the lining on two corners. I phoned them to complain only to be offered a 10% discount. Obviously I declined and asked for an exchange. All this took over a week to sort out, when I phoned to ask when the exchange would happen, I was told the delivery company would be in touch. They did get in touch 2 days later when they turned up at my house.
Since receiving the Hf4you Ruby 1000 mattress and sleeping on it, I would not recommend it, certainly not the standard that I was expecting, the lining is see through, the springs are noisy and I dare not lean out as the sides collapse. Thankfully it is for the spare room and won’t be in use daily.

One of the signs that a company values it's customers, is when they respond to reviews and try to sort things out. Seeing all these and no responses, confirms my experience.
I purchased 3 high end Mattresses from this company 7 months ago.
The mattresses are ok but their after sales service is non existant.
I used a well known cashback site for the transaction and needless to say it didn't track.
I contacted both companies and Mattress Time told me they were not affiliated with any cashback sites!
I then contacted Advertising Standards and their investigation revealed that Mattress Time were lying to me.
I contacted them again and they continue to lie about it.
If there is ever a guarantee problem, I can see I would have to go legal.
Avoid these dishonest people!

Avoid this company- very unreliable and do not apologise for failings!

I ordered a mattress last week, received an email to say they would deliver two days later. I thought ‘brilliant service’. Waited in all day, no delivery, further email to say would be delivered the next day (no explanation, no apology). The next day came and went with no delivery and ANOTHER email to say would be delivered the next week (Monday). I gave up and cancelled the order as far too unreliable, really poor communication, no explanation or an apology for the inconvenience. When I attempted to call to cancel the order- no answer- voicemail only. No call back, so emailed to cancel. It was only on the second email chasing up the cancellation that they replied confirming cancellation but no apology again.

This company lets itself down And it’s customers- had they have communicated effectively, this order may have been completed...... I now have wasted over a week on this company.... and now am having to wait up to 7 days for a refund. Fortunately I have paid on my credit card should they start to mess me around again- I will claim.

Avoid!!! Discounted price is not worth the hassle and unreliability.

This is honestly the worst company I have ever used! Please read some of these reviews about them, as I didn't (I briefly checked Google reviews, which seemed ok).
We ordered a mattress from them, which was exactly the same as one we already had. They sent us a fake - it was much thinner, harder and a blatant knock off! So we had to package it all up and wait in for another entire day (collection was anywhere between 9 and 6!).
They then sent us a replacement, and guess what - this was also a fake! It was a better quality fake, but still blatantly a knock off. We gave it a chance and slept a night on it, and it was so hard that we were both aching in the morning! There was also a typo on the label!
So Mattress Time were very difficult to communicate with, made a fuss and made us send them umpteen photos of the mattress and then the mattress packaged up! Then we had to wait in another day between 9 and 6 for it to be collected, and the delivery company didn't turn up! Mattress Time made US chase it and gave us an incorrect phone number for them! When we finally got through they agreed to collect it the next day, and then didn't turn up again! Finally they turned up a few days later after us waiting in another day between 9 and 6! And then our refund took about ten more days from then!
Our questions were never answered about why we were sent two fake mattresses, we wasted days of our lives (with two small children cooped up at home) waiting for collection and spent most of that month with mattresses clogging up our hallway!
Thank goodness we already had the exact model of this mattress at home, and had been sleeping on it for six years, so we were able to tell right away that we had been sent inferior knock off mattresses twice. Otherwise we might have just thought this brand wasn't great quality. I see from reviews here that several other people had this problem.
We ended up going to our local mattress shop and buying the mattress that Mattress Time were supposed to send us. A bit more expensive but the genuine mattress and hassle free. I can't believe this company is still operating and sending people fake mattresses.

I'd. Never recommend them. The sold me 3 new sets of mattresses for my new home. Bought an expensive set with massage base, adjustible.. Slept on it two nights. Very uncomfortable, too short of a bed for me and too soft. Refused to give my money back. So I'm Stuck with this new bed I hate. Said I could trade but this was their best one.

Avoid this company!!! really really bad quality.they artificially put the prices up and put a sale on.

Would never use them again, they sent me wrong size mattress then said I ordered it, I had receipt to prove I ordered the correct size and they took extra money for bigger size. Arranged to swap it but zero customer service, I had to keep ringing them, they never rang me or kept me informed, they said we sent you emails which I never received, funny, everyone else's came through. Eventually sorted but not once an apology from them.

Great variety of sizes. I ordered two 3'6 mattresses and they arrived very quickly. I have had them for some time now and am really pleased with them.

I wouldn’t use this company again, after buying a mattress in October 2018 the spring is starting to come through and after contacting them they turned round and said “post it back to us and we will look at it” so they expect me to pay for return post and also what do they expect us to sleep on while the have it

From what looks like a promising website with good offers you would think they would have a legit and professional department. ordered a mattress and was delivered in a good time but i had then realised i had ordered the wrong size so rang up and was told they would do the exchange and just to get in touch with support so i did, was then told there would be a £55 charge for the exchange! was not told this on when i rang up and does not say this anywhere on the website in the terms and conditions. have rang up more than once and have been told the same excuse ''this is something we wouldn't be able to deal with you will have to contact customer support''. Also no contact from support. my advice would be to shop around and go somewhere else were you know you will receive trusted customer aftercare!

This company should hang it’s head in shame! The mattress I ordered from their ‘Mattress Time’ website was a Nicole 2000 Deluxe Bed, what I received was a very cheap, inferior knock off - I note from another reviewer that this is not the first time they have done this. Attempts to have the mattress collected and a full refund given have proved futile, ‘Rebecca’ has repeatedly given me the runaround as well as asking me to wrap the mattress in its original packaging which was - wait for it - professionally shrink-wrapped! Do not treat your customers like fools Rebecca! The only way to get my money back is to go through the courts which I have instigated. As mentioned by someone else this company uses many names - the name of the company you need to sue is HOME FURNISHINGS UK LTD. My advice if you’re looking for a mattress is to look elsewhere - but if you do decide to buy from this company, check what you receive VERY carefully, they use glossy pictures on their website to sell you rubbish. Further update - pictures of the cheap mattress I received were posted on my google review and removed by these scammers - that says it all!
