Dear Muhammad,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply regret to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with Rently Academy. At Rently Academy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are genuinely disheartened when we fail to meet our customers' expectations.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we take such matters very seriously. However, after a thorough review of your case, it appears there may have been some misunderstandings regarding our refund and cancellation policies. Our policy requires that requests for cancellations and refunds be submitted within a specific timeframe to ensure fair processing for all our clients. In your situation, it was noted that the request was made approximately 10 months post the initial subscription period, which unfortunately falls outside our stipulated refund window.

That said, we understand the frustration that can arise from technical difficulties and miscommunications. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers and regret any misinterpretation that may have occurred. I would love the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you and explore possible resolutions.

Please reach out to me directly at contact@academy-rm.com, and I will personally take the time to address your concerns. We value all our customers and are committed to rectifying any issues that arise in a fair and timely manner.

Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Best regards,

Alyssa
