I have ordered from MW for 13 years and I have never had a problem with the company

Their return process is so difficult, it's practically a scam: You must call to get an authorization and for some of items I was trying to return they had to contact the manufacturer directly to get approval. (I had ordered bolster covers for bolsters I bought on their site, but the covers I received were the wrong size.) The rep promised he'd get back to me, but no one got back to me. I've called two more times, gotten the same story. Emailed, no response. And the part of my order I was authorized to return I'm still waiting on a refund three weeks later.

I ordered a rubber heel lift and they sent me CBD oil instead. When I called to get it corrected they were very difficult to deal with. I will not be using them again.

Good prices, good service. Always adding products and keeping up with what we need to enhance our businesses.

I have purchased several sets of sheets and many supplies from Massage Warehouse....My last purchase included a set of Merlot sheets along with other products. When I washed the sheets they bled on and ruined several other sheets, etc. I called customer service, they asked for a picture which I sent. After a week with no response, I called them back and they basically said that because of the color of the sheets they run and there’s nothing they will do about it. I will be purchasing my supplies and sheets elsewhere and I encourage anyone else to do the same.

Horrible customer service!!! I bought a vinyl wax mat which I was told would arrive within a few days at the time of order. Over a week later it hadn't showed up yet so I called and spoke to a LaShay and then another girl after that. They both told me that all of the mats that were in stock at that time that I purchased mine were sold to other people who had placed the order before me. I understand that, but online it also said there was another back order expected for July 20th, to which they said they didn't receive that shipment and that I was stuck waiting until August 17th!!! They had absolutely no empathy for the situation whatsoever, no apology or anything! I will NEVER use them again, I will find another supplier who is honest. Their entire operation is absurd...

I am a massage therapist using AMTA insurance. AMTA promotes "up to 30% off"
I've now learned that Massage Warehouse has special, HIGHER prices for anyone who partners their warehouse account with their AMTA. Beware, whatever discount you're offered for whatever reason, make sure you're not truly being swindled into paying more under the illusion of a discount

I clicked on one product, and the site glitched??? And ordered a different product. I never received an email notification that my products shipped. When I called, because the shipment was late, the man who helped me was hostile and rude. He didn't care that the products were late, but he at least informed me that they would be at my location the next day. When I opened the box, I discovered I had the incorrect product, I emailed the support center, and I received a generic email with no useful information, and it wasn't even formatted the same all the way through! As a professional, I will never shop with massage warehouse again.

As a massage therapist, I have been doing business with Massage Warehouse for 4 years. At first I liked them only because i really like some of their products. But as time has gone on it has become increasing aggrivating that they are SO slow. Not only do they take forever to deliver, but just to get my order out of their warehouse. I cant understand why shipping is so slow. Also, before they bill me they withdraw 1penny from my account. So a quick glance looks like ive already been billed. Then when then do bill, (a week later when they finally ship) the withdrawal comes out of my account from a week ago where they withdrew the 1 cent! Its a really messed up system and makes it very difficult to balance a checkbook unless its in pencil. Every time I call ther for help the staff is beyond rude. I have had orders shipped to the wrong address, lost in the mail...my last order was just that; my last order. Im in the market for a better supply company. Meanwhile, i have come to see that Massage Warehouse products can be found cheaper on Amazon and with 2 day free delivery as a Prime member. There is actually a FAR BETTER selection on Amazon. Dozens of tables that are for travel and stationary, wood and titanium. I've had my issues with Amazon in the past, but they always make good when then mess up. Unlike Massage Warehouse, who. They dont think they do mess up and never take responsibility.

I have ordered multiple items over years from here. (Lotions, table, sheets) They are a little more expensive, but worth it. I received everything easily and quickly.
Recently I ordered sheets from another company and they didn't fit, so small! I had to send them back and lost time and money. All sheets I have ever got from here fit with extra room for heating pad and bolster. So happy!

This place is a rip off. Read there gauretee. If your not 100 percent satisfied within 30 days will gladly refund your money ON UNUSED UNOPENED PRODUCTS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.... how can you be 100 percent satisfied with any product with you can't open it or use it . I under stand on lotions and stuff but other items wow. Bought a salt stone warmer and stones for 365 bucks never got a conformation email. Called multiple times after 3 weeks of not receiving them or them charging me was told vendor didn't get order and I'd get. Call back from them when the vendor provided a ship date . Never got called called for another 2 weeks and nothing then after a total 1 and half months a get a package with warmer and half the stones I ordered they still didn't charge me tell another week later. Called them about the missing stones took another two weeks to get that . By the way the warmer gets stones to hot to even touch and the stones are not pure salt stones . This warmer will cause lawsuits because how hot they are .
